HR is very disrespectful. Money hungry company. Employees get paid very little for people to be able to degrade them verbally and Physically, the customer clientele is so god awful and so is the system that runs the business. I bought a recliner listed as 'Good Condition' in the title. During pick-up, we could only locate two arms for the chair. Three family members searched for the remaining pieces with the help of a warehouse employee to no avail. We discussed the missing item with the checkout employees and finally with the store manager. The online ad did not mention "as is' or 'incomplete' anywhere in the title or description, it simply stated 'good condition'. The manager told me to contact customer service as she could not issue refunds. The only way to reach customer service is via email. They sent a pre-printed list of item condition identifications. The rep said I should have addressed the issue before leaving the warehouse as they can not override the manager's decision to refund. Sounds like customer service did not read my email! They made me take the two chair arms along with my other items. I took it straight to the dump and felt like I was throwing money in the pile. The wrong description has been listed for many more items I bid for and won but nothing was as expensive as the recliner. I call it false advertising or fraud which is an illegal business practice in Kentucky. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!! If I could have gave no stars, I would have. BidFTA is nothing but a rip off. Do your research and look at all reviews on people and their businesses. MAKE SURE THEY R NOT PAYING FOR ADS OR PAYING TO BE ON TOP OF A GOOGLE SEARCH. There are good businesses out there, you just gotta do your research (which I failed at this one to do). I bid on 5 items (one of them an expensive one) and when I opened the boxes they were ALL either were damaged or had missing parts. Literally had to trash most all of em. The bed frame (well, as u can see, there was nothing there). When I approached the manager about this, he pretty much said there's nothing they can do about it. No refunds/nothing. As we were walking out, a guy told my father in law he bought a sink, opened it while there (to check it out) and it was broke in 3 different parts. He (obviously) was pissed off and just tossed it in the trash right there. This should be illegal. Wtf is this world coming to. No morals, values, integrity......nothing. The mentality of anyone to think it's ok to screw people over, just to make a dollar is unconscionable. Shame on all that do this.
