When I showed up, they immediately brought my car into the garage and replaced my front brake pads and rotors. On top of that, they patched up my tire, which had a screw in it, which I didn't even know existed. They did the patching for free and gave me a 5% discount for finding them on Yelp! 10/10 recommend, friendly staff, and quick efficient service!

I brought my vehicle in for a repair from an accident that was not my fault. I had damage on my…read morepassenger side, front bumper - to be repaired. When I returned for pickup, my passenger side was not "repaired" and had additional damage that was not addressed. More parts were required and needed to be painted. -- Furthermore, SOMEONE HIT SOMETHING causing several additional large scratches into the driver side bumper and quarter panel of my truck, while it was in the car of Preston Auto Body. Danny was extremely apologetic, addressed my concern and set up an immediate repair. After jumping through that hoop, my truck bumper was painted and looked great. I took my truck home only to realize something didn't look right again. I found the safety hook surround was missing. I understand it is stupid, $100 piece, but it was there before the accident so it should still be there post repair. Danny again apologized and set up the immediate repair. Leadership at Preston Ford, If it was not for Danny this (3*) would be (1*). Danny apologizing for the service techs, and Danny's attention to setting up immediate repairs without not trying to argue or negate the facts are what saves the business here.

It was then that I was told by a very nasty worker by the name of Mentheas or matteas, that they "were going home because they are closed". I stayed and explained to two kind female workers that I had just paid over $24 for a car wash and expected my car to be hand dried and tire shine placed on my tires. The man continued to talk about how they were closed and even told his coworkers not to provide the service for me. If they were closed, why take my money and let me go through the car wash and refuse to provided a service that is included with my car wash? Very poor customer service to tell a paying customer who visits weekly this.
