My experience with Mr Charles Loche was rocky from the on-set. I was immediately knocked back from the sight and smell of the funeral parlor, Mr Loche's greeting, the attitude displayed in correcting My daughters name on the appropriate forms required for cremation to the timely correction of my daughters death certificate. This is by no means is an exhaustive list of the poor customer service I received. It is unacceptable to be treated in this manner. I hope that this is an experience that I will never have to endure again. However, I feel compelled to make my complaint known if for no other reason than I do not wish to see anyone else go through an experience such as this. Laying a loved one to rest is enough to endure!

Words cannot describe the level of caring, compassion, sensibility, and professionalism that your team and you displayed during one of the most difficult times for my wife and me. Before my mom passed away you and your team provided all the necessary information and procedures to pick up my mom, the necessary documentation to transport my mom from Pensacola to Puerto Rico. Along with the coordination with the funeral director in Puerto Rico by providing them with flight times, airlines, and all the necessary supporting documents to make the transition seamlessly. I personally was very impressed in the manner Mr. Caleb worked with the nurses and doctor at the nursing facility where she resided. Your prompt decision to make the necessary corrections to the documentation in which they erred three consecutive times. In addition, addressing the need to transport my mom as soon as possible when the airlines wanted to wait an additional day. Once my mother arrived in Puerto Rico the viewing was a few days later. My family and her friends that attended the viewing along with the funeral home were amazed and very impressed with the quality of work and preparation your team performed. From my entire family and myself, we want to express from the bottom of our hearts our most sincere gratitude to the entire team. May the Lord almighty bless you and your team. The staff was exceptional at working with us through the entire process. We wanted to have a memorial in Florida, and the funeral in Iowa. They worked with us to get everything into one contract to accommodate the FEMA requirements for COVID deaths. Having to unexpectedly plan a parent's funeral is not an easy task. My mother had COVID as well so my brother and I took charge on the funeral planning. The staff walked us through everything, and made sure we were comfortable with all of the arrangements. The memorial service was beautiful; I can't speak for my father cause even though he was there he wasn't really "there".. if you know what I mean, but I think he would have appreciated it. At the end of the service they helped to load up the flowers and my dad into my truck.... I guess now would be a good time to mention he was cremated. and provided us with enough obituary pamphlet things for the Iowa funeral as well. Fun fact, did you know many funeral homes do not perform onsite cremations? I didn't know that either, but Harper Morris does. This help to put us at ease knowing we were getting our dad back and not someone else by mistake. Selecting a funeral home for an unexpected death was a daunting task, but they made the whole process extremely easy. From the moment he arrive till he left he was amazing, treated my Dad like he was alive. Very caring and sympathetic to us. He made this sad process more tolerable the whole time he was there. I would only hope everyone gets this kind of treatment. This funeral home has been in business many years from what I read. I did not deal directly with the funeral home myself. All the arrangements were made prior. When it was time to pick my Dad up we were notified he was ready. I will rate that experience in another post.
