That is not something I would want in a trainer. I would actually want someone to take the time and to work with my dog on their individual needs and not just think of it as a whole. Not every dog is the same. Not every dog learns the same. It's unacceptable to put the​ dog through what she did just to get it out of its crate. And if your facility is not able to allow a dog to decompress in its crate right after being picked up, then you need to reevaluate your space. There's never a situation that you should be dumping a dog that is already fearful of its surroundings.

We were recommend Unleash Fido by several people. We scheduled an hour long consultation with Travis who ended up giving us 90 minutes of his time to learn about Lily and discuss their program. Lily had several issues, such as pulling on the leash, lunging at cars, barking at people + other dogs and going absolutely crazy when Amazon/UPS was delivering a package. Ultimately, we booked Lily into their month-long Obedience Training Camp. After receiving weekly report cards that contained photos, videos and a brief update on how the last week was, we were finally ready to pick-up Lily.
