Do not use this company at all. No compassion and all the owner sees is money signs. Wants you to…read moresign forms after the fact and trying to say a dumpster is a year old when it really is not and the year on the dumpster is 1999. Run the other direction completely so you don't have to deal with this. Freak of nature's happen and it doesn't mean you can get a brand new dumpster out of it. You ask for an invoice and you get one but has a bunch of stuff typed on it just trying to get you to click on it so you are showing you will be responsible for a fire that happened from nature. Should be happy we even called and told you that a fire happened. Then to not ask if everyone is okay or our vehicles and even if the house was okay really gave me a bad vibe. First words out of the owners mouth were, well that is an $8000 dumpster you will have to pay for it. Then ask for pictures to show on Facebook. The next day send me an t a text telling me to make a home owners insurance claim. Dude, you need to learn to do business and not just see money signs. RUN! Don't get a dumpster from here. Pretty bad after almost 3 years the same dumpster is still being used as it was returned. Not painted or anything. See it when we drive past once in awhile.

Polite and went out of their way to accommodate our location. We have had two fires with this wood and it burns perfectly. We will order again and again.

First of all, let me start off saying that I have been going to Graf's for over 20 years and…read morealthough I have always thought that they were on the more pricey side, they had a nice selection, and the staff was always friendly. Unfortunately, this year I've had to make two separate trips to exchange 3 dead flowers. And as I'm writing this, all 4 of my black petunias that I also purchased have now died. On the morning that my husband and I went, we were the first ones there and as an experienced gardener, I noticed that the flowers were severely overwatered. I should've listened to my gut and not shopped that day. But we did and when we came home to plant our close to $200 worth of flowers we were very concerned about the condition of the flowers in the fact that my husband had to ring out most of them! This kind of overwatering is expected at places like Home Depot and Lowe's but not at a garden center full of supposed gardeners! I am not able to make a third trip anytime soon to exchange my 4 dead black petunias so now I am out about $25 dollars! All 8 flowers that died have all died within seven days!!! On my first trip to exchange the first 2 dead flowers, I was third in line to exchange dead flowers!! The staff called an older gentleman out to approve the exchange, and he looked at the flowers and said "it looks like we overwatered our flowers". You think? Do better Graf's!!
