It took him months to take the trees down and remove the logs because he would only work 1 to 2 hours a day. I had to hire a different stump grinding company to do what I already paid Hein's Tree Solutions to do. Underneath the pile of wood chips were the stumps untouched. He ground the one Tree partially to make enough wood chips to cover the remaining stump and the other stumps. 3 of the back stumps he didn't bother to even touch. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB. Don't pay this guy upfront. Big mistake. His quote was for $7.000 but changed to over $9.000 because of the stumps and cleanup that he never did.

Others were outrageous, one in particular, which is close to my house, was STUPID CRAZY. Any who, when Kmitt's arrived for the job, it was the same guy, Pat, who quoted the job. Not a salesman, I did not have to reiterate with the guys what was originally quoted. And that's a biggie! They went over the branches and rooting and corrected items I did not even consider. They removed all debris, the tree looked fabulous. My wife did not even recognize it. Super friendly, prompt, great attention to detail and AFFORDABLE!

He came by my property, surveyed the job, and presented me with a quote on Friday. The quote was very reasonable, we booked the job and by Saturday early evening it was completed.
