This was NOT a problem for them as I didn't need to be home to perform the service. I spoke with Ryan and he said they could perform the service and put the invoice in my mailbox and I could send in a check afterwards. SWEET! I'd like to say that their pricing was the best out of all the plumbers I've used in the area. The day of the service came and they came right on time and performed the service and on the invoice wrote exactly what they performed and detailed their findings as they in fact found roots in my pipe! Peter arrived with all the parts required to complete the job without interruption and most of the fixture assembly was done in the back of his "workshop like" truck bed eliminating a mess in our house. The finished product installed on the cinder block wall of the shower actually looks rather nice, considering this fixture is generally placed behind a wall, out of sight with only the shower head showing. I was following the designated parent exit procedure, pulling onto the shoulder that is clearly meant for parents to merge safely. I had my children in the back seat. Out of nowhere, a man driving like a maniac--apparently affiliated with All Family Plumbing--came speeding up behind me trying to bypass stopped traffic and nearly rear-ended my car. Again, my kids were inside. He then aggressively swerved around me at high speed and actually slowed down just to scream profanities, leaning up and down out of his driver's seat like an unhinged person. It was shocking, hostile, and completely unsafe. This was one of the ugliest and most disturbing displays of road rage I have ever witnessed. He put my children's lives in danger and then had the nerve to act enraged because his illegal, reckless driving didn't save him a few seconds. If this is the kind of behavior tolerated or represented by All Family Plumbing employees, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Professionalism, safety, and basic human decency were completely absent.

I've had my drains cleaned several times since I've owned my house (40 years). They wanted me to make a claim to my insurance company for their employees damage which I wouldn't do based on my insurance agent's advice. It cost me $1,192.50 which included them charging me $160 for them to fix the pipe their employee broke. The owner Joe claims he came out to my house to discuss this, he has NEVER shown up. On 9/24 I received a text saying he would be at my house between 4:00 - 6:00 he never showed, he claimed he was at my house at 4:30 he wasn't. On 9/26 I received another text saying he would be here between 12:00 - 2:00, another technician showed up NOT the owner. They refuse to take responsibility for the damage their technician cause.
