We were greatly pleased with our first experience with Burr Oak Pluming. Peter, the owner, was prompt and professional. And he completed the job on time and within budget. Our project was unconventional as we needed a shower fixture for a cinder block shower enclosure. Peter arrived with all the parts required to complete the job without interruption and most of the fixture assembly was done in the back of his "workshop like" truck bed eliminating a mess in our house. The finished product installed on the cinder block wall of the shower actually looks rather nice, considering this fixture is generally placed behind a wall, out of sight with only the shower head showing. We had a sump pump that was on the brink, but wasn't an emergency and when I called the answering service I noted it wasn't an emergency because I didn't want to bother them after hours, but Pete called me back immediately and set a time up to replace it the next day. We bought a 5 stage whole house water filter system from Pentair, and needed help removing our simple water softener and replacing it with the more robust whole house system. Peter did a great job!
