Couldn't be happier with this service. We had a sump pump that was on the brink, but wasn't an emergency and when I called the answering service I noted it wasn't an emergency because I didn't want to bother them after hours, but Pete called me back immediately and set a time up to replace it the next day. He was very knowledgeable , did great work, and was clean. He even replaced the second sump pump since he was here and I asked him to since it was 26 years old and I'd rather preemptively replace it than have it go out on a rainy day. Got the chance to work with Burr Oak Plumbing again! We bought a 5 stage whole house water filter system from Pentair, and needed help removing our simple water softener and replacing it with the more robust whole house system. Peter did a great job! The pilot light on my hot water heater went out and I couldn't get it lit again. I sent a message via Yelp on Sunday and received a response within 5 minutes. They were very upfront about not being able to come out on Monday to look at it, because they had a big job scheduled. They were available Tuesday afternoon. I wanted to see if I could find someone else who could come out earlier and they were fine with me doing that. I've had issues in the past with other companies were I was told they would show up and then didn't because something else came up, so I appreciated Burr Oaks Plumbing's honestly . Burr Oak came promptly on Tuesday and fixed the issue. My unit is from 2006, so they could have easily told me that I needed a new water heater.
