A professional job and they showed us how everything worked - in terms we could understand. Very patient. A year later I evidentially pushed the wrong button on the remote and we suddenly had no video. Sound on the TV but no video. I thought the amp was a problem. Took it in and they immediately saw that I had pushed the button that changed the video feed - go figure. No charge. I went back home and reinstalled the amp, followed their suggestions, and it works perfect. They treated me super nice and were understanding. What a pleasure.
