I was been treated for burning sensation and acute pain in the meniscus of my knee. The MRI did not reveal a tear, so I didn't know what the root cause was, and had limited mobility. I had a month's worth of sessions in June, averaging 2-3 times per week, due to my work schedule. During the initial visit, Benjamin recommended that the primary focus of the therapy would be on the iliotibial (IT) band. His recommendation was on point! Midway through the program, I was feeling positive results. At the end of program I wasn't feeling any burning or pain, and had the mobility I was accustomed to, back. Several days after completion I headed to Camp Shelby, MS and pushed my knee beyond the normal activity and stress I normally place on it, for 30 days and I didn't have a single issue! Without the guidance of these highly motivated and experienced therapists, I firmly believe I would not have healed or recovered as quickly as I did, if at all. As long as you follow their instructions and do the extra at home exercises/stretches you'll recover quickly as well. You get out of it, what you put in to it, so be positive and stay motivated. When I was released from there they had given us referrals to about 3 physical therapists, we chose this one because it's just right down our road. I'm very satisfied with our decision because Chris, Heather and Lane are so nice and accommodating. Some days I come in feeling top of the world, others not so great. However I feel Chris always works around it knowing that in my condition, it happens. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs any type of physical therapy.

I didn't…read morefeel comfortable or safe at that location, especially when it comes to laying over old equipment, tools, and covers just used by other people. I had to quit after a couple of times. In several occasions, I had to wave to get the attention of the workers after finishing an exercise. Some unfriendly young workers would get pissed when I ask what to do next! Not a good place to do physical therapy. There are many more qualified ones around.

He's super friendly and makes your therapy fun. Alyssa Chauvin is also an amazing therapist. They see a variety of issues from backs, knees and necks to strokes, Parkinson's, ALS, paralysis, etc. They offer the unweighted treadmill, balance exercises, core strengthening exercises, and even vestibular exercises. They also have the occupational therapist there to work with carpal tunnel, ulnar nerves, tennis elbow and shoulder problems. The physical and occupational therapist team up for those that need both therapies. Jimmy is a great occupational therapist. We call him Jimmy the great. The group is a lot of fun! I definitely enjoyed my time working there.

Then she tells me to go sit down and do neck exercises.I had no clue what I was doing felt out of place so I left. Just because I gave this one two stars doesn't mean all peak performances would be two stars because I have been to others that were right down awesome.
