He took over an hour explaining every detail of the Periacetabular Osteotomy (PAO) (fellowship trained with Dr. Tim Schrader, Atlanta) surgery. Dr. Faust offered several options in his expert opinion and was transparent about the pros and cons of surgery. Even though I left his office in tears, I knew could trust Dr. Faust and his team for my bilateral PAOs. The front of the house staff keep an eye on things and make sure that frail patients make it into the building if they need help. Inside everything is clean, and everyone is so nice. The waiting area is comfortable and offers seating for all sizes of people. They even have tables where people can work while they wait. The providers all have efficient and pleasant office staff, and it is easy to get in touch with them through MyChart or telephone. And they have an excellent small food court on the first floor. This food court has provided me with breakfast on days that I am so busy taking my mother to the doctor to her appointments before I have to go to work that I don't have time to eat. Recently one of my providers moved her practice here, and I was so happy. While the facility where she used to practice was nice, The Grove was still an upgrade. All of the providers here that I or my mother have used are top notch. And the facility has amenities such as in-house imaging and phlebotomy. Finally, the facility is can be seamlessly accessed via 1-10. It has its a en dedicated off ramp.

He's super friendly and makes your therapy fun. Alyssa Chauvin is also an amazing therapist. They see a variety of issues from backs, knees and necks to strokes, Parkinson's, ALS, paralysis, etc. They offer the unweighted treadmill, balance exercises, core strengthening exercises, and even vestibular exercises. They also have the occupational therapist there to work with carpal tunnel, ulnar nerves, tennis elbow and shoulder problems. The physical and occupational therapist team up for those that need both therapies. Jimmy is a great occupational therapist. We call him Jimmy the great. The group is a lot of fun! I reported her and had her removed from working with my husband. The CNAs are ok. Some are trifling though. Ms. Laterral was magnificent. The food is disgusting! The company that provides the food says the menu was suggested by the higher ups. It's a total waste. The people are always hungry. I literally had to purchase breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. It's a decent facility overall even the doctors offices however some people still seem as if they are finding their way. No real structure. I had numerous complaints about minute stuff. The day shift was good but that night shift would make you hurt them especially the CNAs. They would bust in the room and turn on all the lights just to dump garbage or write on the dry erase board at 4am. People are sleeping. I would say if you have someone to be treated there, stay with them. It's not bad but it could be better. House keeping rarely came but it is because there is only one house keeper and she had death in here family plus a broken foot during my husband's time there.
