I cannot say enough wonderful things abouut this business. Lexi was thorough in making the whole experience extra special for my little girl, but she was also so kind. She made it so easy to book our princess and stayed in contact with me to double check final details. This was made more difficult because we had to change venues at the last minute due to a rainy cold front blowing in. She helped me to customize our princess package to best fit the attention spans of our audience of mainly 2 to 4 year olds. The thing that really sets Lexi's business apart from other princess/character companies is her extra attention to detail. She called in character (Cinderella) the night before the party and left a personal voicemail for my little girl telling her how excited she was to come to her birthday party the next day. Months later, my little girl still loves to listen to that message. Also, she sent a thank you note in the mail addressed to my daughter from Cinderella thanking her for inviting her to her birthday party. My little Autumn was over the moon to get mail from Cinderella! The performer herself was amazing. She was in character from the moment her glass slippers hit the parking lot. She looked like she stepped right out of a fairytale. She danced, sang, and read to the group. She gave special attention to our birthday girl, crowning her the birthday today princess and tailoring her magic show, songs, etc. to her. She still talks about her special birthday magic and runs around with her wand "Bippity Boppity Booing" everything in sight. I was amazed that Cinderella never once broke character, even when we were giving her the remainder of the payment at the end of the party. She had a beautiful voice and was just so sweet. From the initial contact attempts until Jasmine arrived and everything in between was perfect. I do not even know where to begin in my absolute RAVE review of Lexi's Princesses. I'll start with the fact that Lexi was extremely prompt and friendly in our pre-party communication. She really got me excited about my daughter's 4th birthday party! The day before the party, Lexi, "in character" as Queen Elsa, gave my daughter a phone call to ask if she could come to my daughter's birthday party. My daughter was absolutely BOUNCING off the wall after this call! She was incredibly excited that Elsa would be coming to her birthday party. The phone call was an awesome touch! Queen Elsa arrived to the party in amazing costume and makeup. She checked in with me before making her "grand entrance" into the party, and we were able to make the grand entrance special for all of the little princess dress-donning little girls. For the next hour and a half, Queen Elsa ran the party completely, with so much enthusiasm and energy. I did not have to do *a single thing*!!!! Elsa did a magic show, Princess lessons, singing and dancing with the girls (her singing voice is amazing!), played games, and more. The parents and other little girls were completely floored by how amazing well Elsa (Lexi) was able to captivate and engage a bunch of 3-to-4-yr-olds for so long. At one point, Elsa came to me and suggested we sing happy birthday and do the cake. Even while the girls were eating cake, Elsa read a story and the kids were captivated. She had so much energy and love for the kids- she is TRULY GIFTED!!! When Elsa made her grand exit, she About a week later, my daughter received a handwritten letter in the mail, inside a silver envelope, from Elsa. My eldest daughter wanted Belle to come to her 6th birthday party this past August. After doing some online research, I found Lexi's. From that first inquiry to the handwritten thank you card Belle sent my daughter after her party, the experience couldn't have been better. Since then she considers the Beast a personal friend of hers and gets sad during the parts of the movie during which the beast is being hunted, even though she knows the outcome of the story.
