He cleaned two rooms, a hallway, and stairs and was in and out in 1.5 hours! He took great care with our home, protected our walls/corners well, and was so friendly with our pets! I feel like the pricing was transparent and very fair (we didn't exceed the minimum until adding stairs!) I called him at 8 AM the next day and he was kind and thorough right from that first phone call -- he asked good questions about the job, gave me an estimate, and let me know when he could come out. He showed up within three hours of that call, which I really appreciated. I showed him around, we discussed further questions and Antonio went straight up to the roof, found and fixed the clog, and showed me before-and-after videos and photos of the vent. We tested the dryer and it ran perfectly with no more error messages -- problem solved. We live in a 2-story house and he conquered the challenge. What really stood out to me was the speed he could resolve the issue and how considerate he was in and around my home. I have dogs and cats, and he was careful to keep doors and gates closed so they couldn't get out. He explained everything clearly -- what he was doing and why -- so I understood my options and could make an informed decision. He never tried to upsell me; he just told me what would actually fix the problem and did that. He also suggested a no-pressure follow-up cleaning in 6-12 months to prevent this problem and I've already booked my next appointment with him. Great experience…read more Alfonzo, the owner, is a good guy. You can tell he really enjoys his job as he's cleaning your driveway. He's jamming listening to music and working hard. He's local in the Cedar Park area so you are supporting local business. Price is right. He takes pride in his work. When cleaning our porch he moved things out of the way to do it right. When he's all finished, your driveway looks very close to brand new. It's day and night difference. All dirt is gone and many stains are also removed. I've pressure washed our driveway many times, but it never looked this good. I'm running a 2900psi pressure washer with an 18" cleaner. He's running 7500 psi or something crazy to his 36" machine. Think of it was having 2 - 3750 psi pressure washers running 18" cleaners. That extra pressure and the high quality machine does make a difference. Highly recommend.
