I have complicated 1980s era double storm windows in a two-story house, and Clean Bee did a wonderful job getting them sparkling clean. Not a single smudge, and so much light! This is a review of gutter cleaning services by Clean Bee. As others have stated, Kayla and Emily are prompt, courteous, excellent with communication, and do a great job on the gutters. We have about an 8-year old home in Circle C and have owned the house just over 1.5 years and never had the gutters cleaned. With all the late 2014 and early 2015 winter and spring storms we felt we needed to get them cleaned. We have large live oaks and cedars in the back of the property. We also noticed one gutter area that looked clogged around a downspout in which every time it rained the water just gushed over the top and into the plant beds instead of funneling through the downspout and drain. Kayla and Emily were in the neighborhood on my initial call and came by the same day to review the property and gutters and by the end of the day they provided me with an email estimate. We traded a couple of emails and scheduled a service date within a a few day's timeframe. Yesterday they sent me a reminder email for confirmation for today's service and were on time (they provided a two-hour window as they had other work previous to my appointment). Great overall experience and work by Clean Bee. They sent me some follow up pics to show the dirt and asphalt shingles that were clogging up one of the areas. Kayla and Emily were thorough and are not the typical contractors banging around ladders and making it sound like WWIII on your roof. We have two dogs that love barking at all outside disturbances and have poor perimeter guarding behavior - and they even approved! read more

Really great experience! - Easy estimate. Kayla simply asked me to email a pic of each side of our house and answer a few questions. - Easy to schedule and also emailed a reminder/confirmation the night before. - We have 9 second story windows, 6 ground floor windows, and 3 entrance doors with windows. They cleaned inside and outside of windows in ~2 hours. - When they heard we are putting our house in the market in a few days, they suggested leaving the screens off. Great idea, and the extra light coming in really makes a difference when we walk around our very clean house. - Very reasonable pricing. - And dog-friendly. When I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate it was expedited in 2-3 days with no hassle. As I was scheduling the date for work to be done Kayla had mentioned that they had a little bit of a waiting list and it would take some time before they could get to my house. It was nice to have someone on top of their game and give me an accurate estimation; I don't care if you're booked up but I care if you are honest so I don't have to keep being let down through rescheduling. The work was top notch. I had a very high gutter that I couldn't reach and the gals got to it just fine. I can't say that I asked for anything complex but I was still impressed with the service I received. After the company that the prior owner of my home used failed to pick up the phone, I found Clean Bee via Yelp. I think it was the same day that someone came by to do a site estimate and give me a quote. The prices were reasonable and they certainly knew how to maneuver around awkwards spaces and delicate furniture/etc. The only negative was that you could see the various scratches (from install and a suspected pet of the prior owner's) what with the windows being so clean :) The did their due diligence and pointed out the damage prior to starting work and there was nothing new after they left. Kayla and Emily spent the better part of a day working over our main house and Casita. Neither structure had enjoyed any window cleaning in many years. When Kayla and Emily left, it seemed like we were enjoying almost new houses, at least in terms of the view through the windows outside. K&E both did a great job of dealing with all the house plants on the inside, as well as the unruly plants outside the dwellings. And, to my amazement, the two cracked glass panes in our old Casita were clean, but with no new problems. These guys (gals, actually) were great! I can see my neighbors now, and everything else outside that's been obscured by grit and grime. Kayla and Emily were thorough, professional, reasonably-priced, courteous, respectful, and hard-working.
