I put off getting it replaced by a bridge/implant simply because of the expense and because I didn't know who to trust. Fast forward to a few months ago, my stepdad's brother, a seasoned dentist but not an oral surgeon, recommended Cypress Oral to suit my predicament. I couldn't be more grateful that I went with his recommendation! Dr. Price and Dr. Michael both took excellent care of me from the moment I met them, as if they were doing a favor for their own nephew! Wow! They are both very knowledgeable about their expertise and covered things I didn't even see mention of in my research. I was nervous about the issue of price and potential complications, but they didn't pressure me in anyway, just kindly informed me of my best option, which for me was the implant. They eased a lot of my anxiety about the whole process. The staff quoted a much better, reasonable price than I was given at other practices. Hardly common these days, these folks actually care more about their patients than their revenue! What's more, both Dr. Price and Michael went above and beyond to help me out in what for me had been a hard time financially. Thank you so much! So I took the chance and I'm so glad I did! The procedure was so quick (isn't anesthesia great?) I didn't even know they were finished when I came to! Ha! It barely even hurt during my recovery too, great job! Now I have a nicely-healed gum site with a flawless post where there was once a cringe-worthy, nasty mess of decaying enamel that had been that way for more than 5 YEARS. Amazing! I have anxiety about…read moremedical procedures and was very very clear about that in my initial intake, over the phone( I had to call them to get pre op instructions), plus when I walked in. The front office staff brushed it off when I arrived. No one listened to me when I started having a panic attack. I asked for my husband prior to getting started then he could go, and they told me no because it's a sterile environment ...I was in my street clothes, my hair was down all over the place, nothing was sterile about it so not sure about that. People walked in and out with out gowns on or gloves........ I asked to take one of my personal anxiety meds or for them to give me something and was denied. people kept coming in and putting needless and instruments around me. they put me in a chair and flipped me upside down. my vital signs were in alarm zones the entire time. I kept asking what was happening and was everything ok. They just kept their backs to me and said nothing. I had to run out of the surgery room before I felt like I was going to have a full fledged panic attack pass out. There are many different ways this could have been handled. but now I'm traumatized and it boils down to the doctor didn't care to take a little extra care effort or stray from his normal routine .God forbid something wasn't normal in the procedure..... episode would he have done anything different then?!

I was kind of an emergency case due to my wisdom tooth had compacted my molar cracking it an exposing my nerve causing serve pain along with 2 other wisdoms needing to be pulled. Needless to say, I was nervous. But the Doctor and his staff did a phenomenal job I've heard the war stories about how much pain and soreness you have afterward but other than some lite meds I healed up in a week. Highly recommend these guys and gals. I live 2 hours away and "I will" be going back for regular teeth cleaning services and any other dental needs for sure.

I came here after a failed root canal retreat and an infected tooth that wasn't having it…read more My initial appointment was maybe 5 minutes long and after Dr. Anton (Sr.) gave it a look, he quickly said yep, it's got to go and that we would get scheduled for the actual procedure. I was ready to get it done, but I understand schedules. They were able to get me in two days later - early in the morning with Dr. Anton (Jr.) and when I arrived they were ready for me within minutes. I went to the back, was introduced to the team and given an overview of how it would all go. They asked if I was ready and within 5 minutes, we were done. I didn't have any sedation so I was able to get in and out and also drive myself. Both Dr. Anton Sr, and Dr. Anton Jr were very friendly and professional. The nurses/assistants were as well. I was given the number to call if I had any issues and sent on my way with a care pack including a fancy head wrap ice pack. While I certainly don't plan on having any more teeth extracted, I would definitely recommend Dr's Anton and their team to anyone who needs their service.

Had two implants done by Dr. Kim between 2016-2018. The first one he bragged no other dentist would…read moreconsider doing with my low of bone density but he talked me into it saying he was the "best". 7 years later and the implant has failed and my new dentist has told me after reviewing my original xrays it absolutely should not have been done in the first place. When having my second implant done, Dr Kim incorrectly inserted my IV causing pain all down my arm and keeping me from going to sleep. When I tried to alert him to this he told me to "shut up" or I would "ruin his good work." leaving me awake and in pain for the remainder of the procedure. The only saving grace was the nurse who put the gas mask on me every chance she got, leading to me telling myself I was just a car at the mechanic so the drilling into my face was standard procedure. I am still traumatised by this experience, leaving me shaking and crying for even the most basic dental cleanings. I have sat on this review of his horrible bedside manor wanting to believe he had at least been successful with a difficult case of an implant but now that I am having to spend time, money, and revisit trauma to have it removed it is more clear than ever Dr Kim cares more about his ego than his patients. DO. NOT. RECOMMEND.
