Our story: In June of 2014, it became apparent that my 14-year old son required braces. As most, I turned to my insurance company for a list of providers. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong provider. By October 2014, I was frustrated and lacked confidence in this Orthodontist and as a result of quality of care and billing issues, I now was looking for a new Orthodontist. As you can imagine, my mistake in picking this Orthodontist, proved to be costly and potentially dangerous. To tell you our first experience with an Orthodontist was horrible would be an understatement. In November 2014, we consulted with Dr. McGrory and became a new patient.
