She changed the pricing on me. Then when I spoke with her on the phone, she scoffed and hung up on me, only reaffirming my decision to not book a party here.

Each time she has a no school day all she wants is to spend the whole day in the gym. My 3 and 4 years old also love spending time at the gym when their daycare is closed. The academy is ok, we have an issue there when some employee Russian speaking mistreats my son just…read morebecause he was playing around with another child, he got some huge red mark on his arm when that happens, we complain even to the owners, and nothing was done we decide to never again take our son to that Academy for our son safety, 2 week later I ask the Spanish speaking lady at the front name (Carla) if she spoke to the owner and her responses was very unprofessional and rude she start screaming like a maniac in front of my Son, even my Son told her that she is Rude with other kid's, week later my wife have a Metting with one of the owner and the final decision was nothing, her unprofessional answer was to not bring child again to camp, I was expecting a call from one of the owner and never receive a call to give our version of the incident, I'm a Ex Baseball player for 20 years and still teaching kid's overseas and we never treat any child the way my child was treated, also the baseball academy there was more playing around than leaning the fundamentals of the sport, if you want to use a baseball academy please I suggest a real baseball academy.......

I called yesterday…read moreto get information about registering my 5-year-old daughter for a trial class today, and I completed the registration online as instructed. We arrived 10 minutes before class, and when I checked in with the front desk, the staff member told me everything was in order. However, about 10 minutes into the class, the coach suddenly pulled my daughter out, saying she wasn't on the list. The front desk staff member was on the phone with another customer and remained on the call for another 10 minutes, offering no assistance. At that point, I decided to leave. No one made any effort to fix the situation, and my daughter never got to do the trial class at all. It was incredibly disappointing for me and for her , it was disrespectful and felt like they simply didn't care.
