I have never been much of a gym-goer, but The Exercise Coach has changed that for me. At each…read moresession I feel welcomed and supported by the truly amazing staff. Their friendliness and professionalism create an environment where you can truly thrive without fear. One of the highlights of The Exercise Coach is the accountability they provide. The coaches are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in your success. They keep you motivated and on track, which fosters commitment. This accountability is something I've never experienced before and has been a game-changer for me. Having an appointment made me show up. Each session is tailored to meet you where you are. The personalization has made all the difference in my progress and overall experience. If you're looking for a gym where you feel valued, supported, and motivated, The Exercise Coach should be at the top of your list. If they were able to get ME excited to go to the gym... you can do it, too! Can't recommend enough!

I reminded him that he asked what I thought, and I simply gave him an honest response. I told him I was still interested in continuing the introduction, but if he felt I wasn't the right fit for his clientele, he could just say so. That's when he told me I should leave and have a good day. I have never been treated so rudely -- especially by someone who was supposed to be selling me on their product. I showed up on time, engaged, and honest, and got shown the door for it. Warning: if you're looking for a good workout environment, don't go to Exercise Coach and don't expect them to want honest feedback. Alex apparently only wants to hear that he's got the best thing since sliced bread. My husband was genuinely interested in this place, which is the only reason I went to check it out myself. Thanks to Alex, they've now lost two potential clients instead of gaining any. Find another establishment.

He explained the three different plans & walked through their policies. He was super kind & thoughtful, it felt like a massive relief after dealing with how horrible Planet Fitness was towards me. It was also great that they have a swimming pool as well. I love swimming! So this is definitely an upgrade.

After driving all the way…read morethere, I was told it would actually cost $20 because I'm not planning on buying a membership. When I asked why, I was told the day passes are basically for selling memberships. So apparently the pass is only "free" if you're viewed as a potential sale. That's completely different from how it's presented online. If the free pass is conditional upon membership intent, that should be stated clearly before people waste their time making the trip. The employee was polite, so this isn't a complaint about the staff. It's a complaint about a marketing practice that feels misleading. Calling something a "free day pass" and then deciding at the front desk whether it applies is frustrating and leaves a bad first impression. Won't be coming back and I will be spreading this information as well to others before they waste their time on a drive.
