If I could give this incompetent shady firm negative stars I would. I'm new to LA and needed my taxes done and didn't know where to go so I chose this firm right by my job. Absolute mistake, they botched up a single person with no children return. Irs claims they need supporting documentation. Never had this happen before, and I get no support until I send a nasty email telling them to do their job that I paid for. They claim they then resubmitted the return this was in April yet nothing. I asked them after 90 days to follow up with the irs. All I get is excuses about everyone experiencing this. I follow up again and later get this and that bs needed. It's just an excuse one after another. If you're even thinking of hiring these incompetent people don't. My goal now is to make sure they don't get any business. If they had any integrity they would refund me the $ I wasted on their firm. read more

Over the past 2 years his staff had made several errors while processing my taxes which led to several problems with my returns with the IRS, including a substantial overpayment due to accounting errors.
