The intro class was about 30 -40 mins and took us through a basic mini work out. By no means did I feel like we were given a easy work out to make us feel a certain way but a true taste of what a real class is like. It's a low impact work out which engages your core throughout as well as every other muscle group, at least I felt like it did 2 days after. This morning I had my first official class. And I loved it! By no means am I an athlete or athletic, but at no point did I feel like it was unattainable for me to complete. Was it easy? No. I struggled at points my muscles were shaking at certain tasks. Everything worth doing is a challenge. Both instructors I encountered Gabriella for intro and Laura for my class today reformer 1. Both were kind and professional and very helpful for a newbie like me. I signed up for 3 months but wouldn't be surprised if I stay a lifetime! Price points. I will say before club pilates came to town I had researched other studios in the area and the reason I had never gone was the cost. Although club pilates is still more expensive then a monthly gym membership, I know plenty of people who pay monthly and never go, I have done it. I would rather pay for something I know I enjoy and will do. So there are membership tiers 4 classes a month, 8 a month, unlimited. Or you can pay per class. They are franchises and I'm not sure if prices vary per franchise. But for 4 x month I believe I'm paying 109. A single class was 29? I think. If I'm wrong correct me and I'll update it.

Love club Pilates but bound Brook location is extremely busy. Really hard to get off waitlist…read moreunless you book for the month

I am so thankful to have found Your Shakti and Bhumika. For years, I struggled with psoriasis,…read moreafter using numerous prescription creams, I gave up all hope. I came across Your Shakti, and with Bhumika's help, I was able to control my condition significantly. She created an oil blend and a salve for me to apply topically, which over time smoothed out the "scarring" and lesions on my scalp. I even began to regain pigmentation. After a successful consultations regarding my skin conditions, I began taking Yoga classes taught by Bhumika. Her knowledge of yoga along with her calm composure has really helped me relax, not only physically, but mentally as well. I recommend Your Shakti to anyone suffering from health issues or even anything simply interested in bettering their health!

I was hesitant on going "all natural" with my medicine as I'm a big believer in science. However,…read more my doctors kept telling me I needed to have surgery to decrease the pain in my knees. I felt I was too young for knee surgery so I tried the oils from your Shakti. Within 2 weeks, I felt like they were getting better and in 2 months, I was able to run again without pain. It was pretty incredible. Since then, I've been doing aroma therapy to focus at work or relax at home and replaced synthetic vitamins with all natural herbs to supplement my diet. This place has definitely improved my quality of life since I started about a year ago. Give it a shot. Well worth it.

This location is so clean and friendly! After traveling to other Lifetime's in the area this one…read moresupersedes all of them. I take the extra time to drive to this location even though it's not the most convenient. The cleanliness and the atmosphere make it worth it. The women's locker room is always tidy, the indoor pool is clear and doesn't smell like mold, the outdoor pool is like a spa. I love the layout of the fitness floor and how open it is. Yes it gets crowded but you should expect that at any gym during certain times. What really gets 5 starts though is the kids academy. The whole staff there is really awesome. They take care of kids like their own. I feel safe and confident leaving my little ones there while I exercise.

I joined Life Time Bridgewater as a premium member, paying nearly $300 per month. As a former…read moretennis player, I was excited to learn pickleball since it is the primary racquet sport offered at this location. Unfortunately, my experience with the pickleball program has been extremely disappointing. While the facility itself is beautiful, the culture on the pickleball courts is the opposite of what I expected from a premium club. The staff came across as gatekeepers rather than customer service professionals. Instead of making members feel welcome, I often felt as though they were deciding whether I was "allowed" to play. As a paying premium member, I should not feel like participation is a privilege granted by staff. The skill assessment process is another major concern. Members are required to pay for an assessment to access different levels of play, yet there is little transparency about how ratings are determined. In my experience, the results did not reflect actual on-court performance, and there was no meaningful explanation of the evaluation criteria. A player can compete successfully against intermediate-level players and still be placed in the beginner category without a clear explanation. A transparent, objective rating system would be much fairer. Reservations can also be canceled without meaningful notice or explanation, making it difficult for members to plan their schedules. After speaking with other members, I found that several expressed similar frustrations about the management of the pickleball program. People join Life Time because it is a premium club, and the membership fees reflect that. Members deserve professionalism, respect, transparency, and consistent customer service. The facilities are outstanding, but the management and customer experience of the Bridgewater pickleball program fell far short of the standards I expected.
