Sensei Thomas and Sensei Francois are very patient, engaging, and fun to work with in class (kids & adults). The school has two locations, one in Hyde Park and the other in Norwood. The Hyde Park dojo is very HIGH energy because of the large classes held there. My son and I prefer attending classes at the Norwood dojo and love that it's a little less hectic here. I've been a student since May 2017. In the 5 Months I've been here I have moved up a belt level and noticed a pretty good physical improvement, I'm a lot more toned and have lost some weight. I guess that's how the owner Steve rolls. I haven't yet met a teacher who cares about his students as much as Steve. He is hands on and is a terrific and patient teacher. I think it's important to get some positive vibes going for this place because so many decisions (for better or worse) are made via Google searches and if you don't exist on social media one might as well be that tree that falls in the forest. Couldn't recommend this place more. And not just from a karate perspective. They are all about teaching the core values of self control, self discipline, respect for others. We are clearly huge fans.
