Do Not Buy an LGI Home, they are overpriced and severely poor construction. My home is filled with black mold due to poor installation and sealing of the HVAC. We have reached out multiple times to get it fixed, they only bandaid the problem, they do not fix it. They can not be trusted. They do not care that my kids or my mother with metastatic breast cancer is breathing in black moldy air daily. They are willing to destroy your health for profit. Run far away. If you are looking in the area, go down the street to Water Crest, the quality and amenities you get there are way better for about the about the same price range! My family and I visit just about all of there sites. After a in counter of this one sale guy it change our thought process of doing any business with this company. The sales person is Rodney Martin. My wife was the one that said he looks like he is on drugs. He even smelled like marijuana. Once we started to talk to him it was clear he was on drugs. His eyes was glasses, he was talking slow and saying how hungry he was and if we knew any great places to eat at. After shaking his hand I could still smell the marijuana on my own hand. He even looked very sloppy. He even told us that he use to work at rooms to go and had the hook up on good that " fall off the truck so to speak" My family and I are very disappointed in the company for even hiring a drug user, and someone who sale stolen goods from other company's i will be letting the corporate office know about this man and how is making this company look. As we thought this company was a respectable home builder. I also see other people that have complain about this guy as well. I hope the company's lets him go to regain there honest working relationships with there customers. read more
