Looks like it's 20 years old. It was a horrible experience took two hours to sign some stupid buyers agent contract with a sneaky hundred dollar fee put in there. Would not take us to where we wanted to look at newer homes by cut in shoot. She said it was Cleveland and it was not. She doesn't even know the area. Horrible Realty Company.!!! Broker was nasty. Administrator was nasty.... so just a heads up!!! They keep trying to say I picked two of the three houses.. I actually didn't. That was my kid. This was because she didn't want to drive to the place we wanted to go. Because she wouldn't show us anything else. She didn't want to drive more than just a few minutes. Kind of left out that she had showings that evening or I wouldn't have drove all that way 80 miles one way. Told her right off that I wanted to nature area no backyard Neighbors and I wanted to look at new homes in the spring branch. She says that was Cleveland. It is NOT! She also showed us a house with backyard neighbors. I didn't want to look at a house with a regular neighborhood. I already have that where I'm at. She doesn't listen to nothing you say. Nothing was said about $100 buyers agent termination fee FIVE HOURS LATER! She is in breach of contract for not showing us what we asked and saying there was traffic is why she didn't want to go there! SHOULD NOT COST TO JUST LOOK AT 3 HOUSES. She never even sent me a contract so that's a breach of contract as well! Then she said she could only show three houses because she said we would be confused if we see more than that even though we had to drive four hours up and back!

The gate started rusting within the first two months which wasn't expected either but is a far less import issue. During and after any rain my gates are in the open position rendering the fencing and gate useless. I don't see any other option but to hire someone else fix or remove and replace my system.

While they were always quick to come out and fix it, they could/would never explain to me why it kept breaking (and would charge hundreds of dollars to change the batteries again and again). So we ran power to the gate. Batteries still died about every quarter. No helpful explanations for why the gate breaks so often. After 2 years of this, I got tired of this and called a difference company. We were told the wrong transformer was in place and now our board was basically melted. So now, another thousand dollars later we have a repair. We'll see if it lasts. We have brought this to the attention of Menking gate company and they just want to blame lots of other parties but they were the ones who installed and did maintenance on my gate for 2 years so hard to say they aren't to blame
