They do not care about their residents, I am so beyond sick of paying over $1300 in rent to be miserable. Talking about some 'sweet treats for our residents!!!' Cool how about power washing the disgusting hallways, or maybe the dog park that constantly reeks horribly, or maybe even all the massive furniture left by the dumpsters, not even the dog poop they threaten to fine you for, still just all over the sidewalks and grass!!! We have been living at Broadstone Harmony for a few weeks now and so far, no major complaints…read more This community is well in walking distance to a lot of places we frequently patronize (HEB, Walmart, Sammys Grill, Nail Salon, Starbucks, etc). Update: The grounds are not being properly maintained. We need to get some type of pressure washer cleaner on the premises to clean up the build up of dirt, spider webs, wasp nests, and miscellaneous debris in the hallways and stairways. They advertise as a "luxury" community, but there isn't anything luxurious about getting stung by a wasp or bit by a spider! It is a very quiet community, neighbors are very friendly, and the grounds are always kept in very nice condition. It is unfortunate that some of the residents do not respect the amount of work the landscaping company puts into maintaining the grounds because I see residents leaving their dog poop on the ground - which is absolutely absurd being that there are numerous dog cleaning stations conveniently located throughout the community. The 24/7 Starbucks bar was pretty awesome, until residents took advantage and started stock piling coffee supplies, causing management to put a lock down on such items. Now for the con....parking....absolutely....sucks. Pardon my French. Honestly if you don't plan on shelling out the money for a carport or garage then plan on parking outside on the street majority of the time. Also, do not opt for a space with the divider, they are extremely tight and only geared toward small compact cars. Silver lining, if you get a carport (without the divider) or a garage, they are large enough to fit two cars.

I have had very good experience with the office staff. I have found them to always be helpful and with warm smile and hello. The apartments are kept up very well. The management keeps us abreast of all the fun activities in the area. So let's clarify the misconception and perceptions because this place rocks!! The loss of power during the summer that affected a large radius in the surrounding area not just Olympus nor was it managements fault we lost power. the noise level that someone wrote about was during the summer when some neighbors had parties around the pool. You can barbeque around the pool and people were having a good time. The noise level was a little high but that is not managements fault. Now that it is fall and much cooler very quiet. This apartment is very pet friendly which is great. Someone mentioned poop infested. Well that is the nasty neighbors that don't pick up behind their pets. Again not the fault of management. They have signs around the area reminding pet owners to pick up behind their pets. there are pet disposal sights and free bags all around the complex. So why people don't use it is beyond me. There are property care takers that walk around picking up behind these inconsiderate neighbors. This is not the fault of management to have to police grown people. For the most part it is peaceful as far as apartment living goes. I can hear my neighbors above me and the occasional dog barking but I have a dog and don't mind the noise. Remember it is apartment living there is some give and take it won't always be perfect. Security is very good. I do feel safe and secure. I made a lot of good friends and I am enjoying my time at Olympus!.
