I was assured of the coverage over and over. Fast forward... I went to my 1st annual wellness exam for the year and I was told that this was PREMIUM PPO and that the MAJORITY of my labs would be covered. They literally paid $30.00 on a $280 invoice . All other Ins policies have covered an"ANNUAL WOMANS WELLNESS" 100% I was very clear on how the deductibles worked with her policy she assured me, but it was the furthest from the truth. I've never seen such pathetic ins. I had BCBS , excellent ins and was talked into this basic supplemental bottom feeder insurance policy. Lesson learned. They agreed to an auto debit on the 14th , that's was also a lie. But they have your account on auto so they don't really care. They snatched it on the 1st. I was impressed with Kali's presentation. But that's where it ended. The entire relationship with this bottom feeder insurance was a fiasco from the start.
