It's an odd mix of a crew with the owners and management being Israeli and the contracting crew being Brazilian, but it works! The crew took their time and took great pride in their work, making sure everything was just right. I actually enjoyed having them around. They showed up for work promptly in the morning and went straight to work immediately, taking a break only for lunch. Pricing may be different than others, but that is up to you to decide. You get what you pay for and I got my money's worth here. Essentially you purchase all of the items you are remodeling like tile or a new vanity, for instance, and they charge for labor. Everything else is included. There is no worrying about time constraints. The job is one when everyone is satisfied.

We agreed with the price which was more reasonable than some of the others we received. And then the work began. Lots of people in and out all but everyone polite and conscientious. When the work was complete we were very pleased and extremely happy. The closet can now hold my husband's and mine clothes without need a set of drawers. The bathroom is now a modern double sink instead of a 1970 single sink and dated room. We definitely we use them again because we trust them and they listen and perform wonderfully!!!!!

Every other company was sending me to a third-party where I would have to explain over and over again to the workers what I wanted/needed. (Most of which unfortunately didn't speak English). Usually, I pick someone with reviews on yelp, however, the companies I called with over 10 reviews almost always sent my call to a third-party and or did not reply right away. I am so extremely happy that I went with my judgment on McCafferty home services. In addition, when Ron did not provide a service, he would either refer me to someone that did, or tell me the honest truth and to do some of my own vetting (example: movers/landscaping). MEANING, he did not send people my way unless he could vouch for them, and this meant a lot to me. At the end of the day, I am so incredibly happy with the craftsmanship, the timeline, and the kind demeanor of him and his team. Also, he sent pictures and videos every step of the way, which was so thoughtful and great for us, some thing he did not have to do. We can't wait to have him install our LED mirrors, paint the outside of our house, and see him once in a while to power wash our front and back yard.
