"Cheerleaders" and spectators will enjoy the nice bleachers with back support. Although foul balls are unpredictable, the stands do provide some coverage from unsuspecting "wizzer" foul balls sailing from one field to another (where you may be sitting). More importantly, there's protection from the sun! Playgrounds are available for the siblings who want to do something besides watching ball. Concession stands are reasonably priced and food doesn't suck. Bathrooms are always clean and stocked.

The good thing about this place is it can handle a soccer tournament or soccer weekend, unlike some…read moreother parks. Most of the parking lot isn't paved, so you can expect dust and mud. When there are events, they bring in a lot of portable toilets since the stalls they do have wouldn't be enough. I think this field will be due for an upgrade soon as the area grows. And by upgrade I mean some field maintenance and perhaps a paved lot with clear parking lines.

It's such a small lot. On game days, overflow goes into the school lot and I think people just park in random lots. Even getting early won't get you a close spot. They do have a concession stand, but their women's restroom has been closed while the men's remains opened. They do have portable toilets, but they should add more on game days. I'm not a fan that I have to come here a lot.

Parking is a nightmare on game days, they might as well just make the adjacent field next to it actual parking, instead of parking in the grass. The city of Pflugerville needs to water these fields year round, the conditions are great when they have water and terrible when they don't maintain them. Over all the fields are flat and the goals have been well maintained.

It is located just a short walk from Gattis school road. One interesting feature about this park is the fact that there is a small family cemetery at the very back corner of this park just out of view (see separate review of Ganzert Family cemetery). There is about a half a dozen picnic tables, each with a grill, but none are covered except by some trees. This park has a nice creek running through it and sidewalk. It is well-maintained, manicured and has over 60 parking spaces. The park resides on about 10 acres more or less, but there is no swimming pool. This is a nice little neighborhood park that also appears to be used as a summer camp for kids due to the multi use building on site.

Playground canopy covers offer some shade. There's a walking trail nearby and we saw a lot of folks from the neighborhood walking their dogs. There was one large dog without a leash so just keep a close eye. Saw a couple doggy poop bag stations which is always helpful (as long as people actually use them). Some covered picnic benches here too. No restrooms. Small parking lot. I feel like this park doesn't get too much action since it's so hidden. I found a bag of Buzzballz in the playground (threw it out) so obviously teenagers are using it. A nice option if you're looking for quietude.

The park has some very nicely designed play scapes with swings and the entire property is ringed by trees and cacti. Towards the back of the park, you'll come across a primitive trail that is flanked by cacti which runs behind many of the homes in the area. However, the paved and primitive trails do not link up to any other trails in the area. There is also makeshift softball field, albeit not very large. What you will not find here are public bathrooms, grills, and a water fountain.

The park was named after a police officer that was killed in the line of duty in 1979. It is basically an acre or more of green space with a gravel trail running along the perimeter. There's a makeshift fenced backdrop, but no actual baseball diamond. Directly next to this public park is an HOA pool for the residents of this community. Apart from the pool, there are no other amenities at this location. It is, however, a good place to have your morning walk.
