When we (hubby and I) walked in, i was impressed immediately. The color of the walls for this clinic is a soft olive green color. The chairs were red, soft, and comfy. The decoration throughout the office, the flowers, frames, photos, etc... was very beautiful and very decorative. Their staff, were really super sweet. The doctor, our main guy, Dr. Manzanilla, was amazing. This doctor took his time to talk to us. Answer any and all questions. He was with us for a long time. It felt like an hour. He was very sincere, informative and patient with us. The only things I didn't like: - Parking was very small. It felt all the parking spots were very compact. - Parking was not free. - No TV in the waiting room. There was one there, but not turned on.

My first appointment was with the female NP, she did my ultrasound for 2 minutes & told me she didn't see a baby in the sac and rescheduled me for another appointment in 2 weeks. Mind you, there ultrasound machine is so OLD & prints out black pictures. The very next week, I go to a totally different clinic with a state of the art ultrasound. The midwife at that clinic took her time and did my ultrasound for 20 mins. She found 2 sacs, one with a baby & one without. I go back to Beverly Care and they have me see Dr.Lee since the female is not available. Dr.Lee is condescending & rude. He didn't take his time with the ultrasound, he didn't look for a second sac. He just told me it's only one baby and printed me out a super black picture. He even had the nerve to joke and ask me & my boyfriend have we made a decision on keeping our baby & it was not in a sincere genuine way. We obviously are keeping our baby or else we wouldnt be there, we would be at Planned Parenthood. I'm switching doctors as soon as I can.

Dr. Wong differentiates herself from every other primary physician I have met because she is accessible 24/7, especially during emergencies or complex medical situations. We can contact her through phone or email anytime and she is extremely responsive. She also proactively advocates for her patients' rights and takes the time to explain in thorough detail complex diagnoses. When my relative underwent an intensive surgical procedure, Dr. Wong was available every step of the long procedure and long recovery period to answer questions on side effects, adjust medication, and prescribe additional medication when appropriate. He's the past mayor of Arcadia. Yelpers, meet Dr. Michael Cao! I was referred for a CAC (Coronary Artery Calcium scan) to check for arteries clogged by too many Yelp events. No referrals here, the scan is done right in the office by a trained radiologist. Dr. Cao himself reviews the scan and follows up if there's more to be done. Fortunately, my diagnosis was no build-up, continue Yelping. The doctor is very approachable and popular, given a very full waiting room and a huge staff moving everybody around. Dr. Cao saw my dad in September, and a test was conducted soon after. However, when it came to releasing the results or reviewing them for potential risks, Dr. Cao and his office became incredibly uncooperative. Not only did they make it extremely difficult for us to get the test results, but they also caused unnecessary delays for both my father's primary care physician and his high-risk doctor in obtaining critical information. The office staff kept the report from me and my family which I know I have the rights to obtain. After countless of heated arguments with their office staff going back and forth about the results by the time they agreed to send the results it was time to see Dr. Cao for the follow-up. Then Dr. Cao just simply said our case needs to be referred to another specialist when they could've referred us directly to begin with. Despite the urgency of my father's case, it seemed like Dr. Cao was unwilling to prioritize the situation. My father passed away in November 2024 due to cardiac arrest, and I can't help but feel that better communication and more proactive care might have made a difference. I expected better from a cardiologist, especially when my dad's health was at such high risk. Sadly, this experience has been a frustrating and painful one, and I would not recommend Dr. Cao to anyone in need of urgent care. During this time I heard he is the mayor so it seemed like he was too occupied and prioritizing that over the care for his patients.
