Pam talked up this awesome 18 seater Mercedes G wagon and sent pictures and a contract the day prior to the event. What do I get a day later? Not a G wagon. Pam said she was trying to surprise us by giving us a party bus. Oh please, I was not born yesterday. You gave it to someone else and did not have the courtesy to call me to discuss options. This is poor customer service and completely dishonest. It was a huge disappointment and what a shady character. She failed the golden rule of ethics in the service industry, not wise. read more

absolutely horrible business and customer service. do not book with them. marc is rude and unprofessional. multiple requests to speak to the owner dismissed. plenty of better companies to book with. sent a deposit to book a limo & within 30 min requested to cancel didn't even sign a contract and they refuse to refund. highly doubtful that anything was reserved in that timeframe. again, PLENTY of better companies to book with in the area. read more

I recently rented a 24 passenger party bus for my boyfriends graduation/birthday party. I have no complaints. They are simply amazing! Joe, our driver, was so nice and very professional. I told them it was a surprise and the bus needed to arrive 15 minutes before our pick-up time; Joe was there two hours early waiting for us. The bus was clean and the lights/electronics/audio cord worked well. It was also very spacious considering there were 22 adults on board. With all that is going on in the world today we did not think we were going to be able to find anyone on such short notice. Pam was absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating. The bus we wanted was not available but she was willing to give us a larger one at a lower cost. The bus was immaculate inside and out. The driver was very prompt and he went above and beyond taking the time to make sure we were always OK and did not need anything he even took pictures for us! I used LI Party Rides this past weekend for a girls trip to the wineries. There were 11 of us plus my daughters dog. Yes they let us bring the dog! We had a 14 passenger Sprinter van that was awesome and felt like a big limo inside. Our driver Johnny was great. He arrived early and was on hand through our whole day. Absolute worst bus rental company I have ever used. Unprofessional would be an understatement. At the beginning of my booking the price was changed several times which was already shady, but I figured they're coming out of covid circumstances maybe they're still just a little disorganized getting back into it. 2 days before my reservation management called me and told me the air conditioning had broken on our original party bus and he would give us a coach bus for less money. I was disappointed and annoyed but just wanted to make sure we all had a good day so I refunded the 34 passengers the difference and carried on. Saturday morning a party bus shows up, I'm thrilled! They fixed the air conditioning and we get the original bus I wanted for a lower price. Come to find out, they sent 2 buses to my house by accident. The party bus and the coach bus - told me we can only have the party bus if we come up with 520$ cash. I'm furious, the woman PAM, who must be the manager lied to us. The driver told us the air conditioner was never broken and he was very confused. The owner of the bus calls us and says that she lied, she last minute booked the party bus for another reservation that was giving her more money and never informed the driver. So I now had to deal with the owner of the bus directly who was nice enough to let us take his bus and send the other driver back. Mind you they sent us the most disgusting old coach bus they could find since they realized their mess up last minute. These people were rude, unprofessional, and greedy. I advise you to never use this scum of the earth bus company. When she realized she was losing the money all together because we went directly through the bus owner - she began to panic. Telling us that driver is known for abandoning groups at the venues. Disgusting and desperate. Pam must've gotten her management degree the 1800 education connection commercial, because she is the most unprofessional woman I have ever dealt with. Coniving, lying, manipulative, horrid. I used them a few days ago and besides for them coming a half hour late, when they finally showed up they came with the wrong vehicle. not only did they come with the wrong vehicle but it wasn't even theirs, they sent a vehicle from a different company. do not use this company! I recently rented a party bus from LI Limos. We didn't have the best experience so I called them to explain what went wrong. They promised me a call back the next day after they spoke to the driver. It's been weeks. No callback. The lack of professionalism is really disappointing. The driver arrived 15 minutes late. He told me that he was coming from Brooklyn & he couldn't help the traffic. I usually leave earlier when there's traffic and I have somewhere to be, but I guess that's just me. The driver lacked professionalism and was very disengaged. We opened the bathroom door during the drive and a bunch of flies came out. The lever to flush the toilet was missing. I told the driver and he said he knew it didn't flush. After a few people went to the bathroom there was toilet paper overflowing from the toilet. I paid for a bus with a bathroom and didn't get it. It's even worse that the company knew it didn't work and still gave us the bus. I wouldn't have given them 1 star if they would have acknowledged and took ownership for the problems we had. Not even getting a call back is unacceptable. There's plenty of bus companies on LI, don't waste your money on this one. read more

We were really disappointed with the LI party Rides service. We were excited they were on time.... but then it started. 1.No open bar as they had promoted to us during our phone call and how they have it in their website. Not even water. Our bridal party had to stop at a local store to purchase beverages 2. Driver got lost.... apparently doesn't know his routes as a commercial car 3. Driver was not a safe driver. We were close to causing accidents 3 times, one of which my bridal was all pushed to back of the car spilling their self bough waters onto their gowns and tuxes. read more

Terrible Idea. Took a ride with these schemers. Driver left us in Atlantic city. Had to spend over $1100 in uber costs to get home. Driver decided he wanted to leave early. We had to be back by 6am but driver decided to leave at 2;30am. Even though we were assured we can tack on an hour or two and pay overtime. Definitely avoid at all cost unless you enjoy paying twice for transportation read more
