I had a basic pedi and a super extra mani with builder gel with metallic cat eye. I had two staff members working with me and they were very nice and gentle. What stood out to me was that they advertise builder gel and gel x services and that after my pedi, they bagged up my shoes for me. Also, when I was messaging with them on social media, they were very responsive and I really appreciated that. I'm currently on day one with these nails and I'm loving them . There is free parking outside. I think next time when I go, I'll probably ask for more detailed art and see what their nail artist comes up with. If they haven't already, it will be great if they put their nail artist names on the photos of the nail art that they worked on. And that if I waited 25 mins or reschedule we could do an 11:45 soonest. I've had never had an issues with other centers they follow their 9 min grace period and I kindly asked her and she just said that they don't do that at this center because it's owned by a different person ? I will not be returning I will go to the one in Richmond or Missouri because that is insane and especially when I tried different wax centers the Sugarland just happens to be the one closest to me.

I am from a place where service providers often do run late and the payer is expected to still have a pleasant attitude which I did not experience.
