I just want to thank this studio for their extraordinary customer service and expertise talent! My eyes are super sensitive and this place not only cared but took their time to make sure they applied the lashes not to low too my eyes so they didn't feel the after math of my sensitiveness. So let me explain. My first visit my lashes were perfect but of course my eyes are so sensitive that I suffered my eyes being so swollen and red the very next day. This happens to my eyes all the time but I called and Holly was so understanding that she told me come in. They offered to take them off and redo with no hesitation. I decided to leave them on and wait a little longer. Holly said if I decided to take them off come back. I returned 1 week later for my 1st refill and addressed my concerns again about my extremely sensitive eyes. Holly decided she would remove the old lashes which were just 2 weeks old and completely give me a full new set for the refill price. She asked me to wash my face and eyes and we discussed again all my concerns. She carefully applied my new lashes as I never felt a burn or even her applying them. I really don't give reviews but when it's well deserved I decided I should. Nobody cares anymore, businesses are usually about money! This place definitely cares for their customers and that will make me a happy and long customer for life. Come visit and try for yourself. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have seen many women with eyelash extensions and for one reason or another I just didn't care for the way they looked. I wanted mine to look as natural as possible. Well I found the right salon when I walked into H-Lash. I have used Holly and MiMi and they both do fantastic work. They are very gentle. You can barely feel them working on your lashes. Highly recommend this place! They have great services and pictures helping which style suits you better. They do the faux mink lash that so lightweight, not itchy on real lashes. They also have clean room, relax music and free soda that makes you feel comfortable when walking in. So many choices like waxing or Permanent makeup.
