Kevin then accused us of seeking a refund after we 'ate half the package'. This is patently untrue as, once again, it was dangerously rancid. He then stated, "Well, I have a picture." I told him to check the picture and, sure enough, everything was there. He refused to apologize for his accusations and again denied a refund. Now we are out $12 for a product that should have never been sold. Given the shoddy products, non-competitive prices, and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE by KEVIN, we will never return to another Market Basket. Thankfully, Hannaford is close and actually stands by their products. Caveat emptor when shopping with Market Basket!
