We rate this business a solid 0- We do not recommend. We received 3 quotations and selected the…read morehighest bid as we believed that she was the best. We were looking for a really good job so investing extra was OK. Boy, was that a mistake. We now have a basement that looks horrible. The first attempt at this job was an embarrassment. The Wonder Woman team came in and tried again. It was better but not nearly acceptable. There are still roller marks all over the place with a few imperfections. Wonder Woman painting has not ever came over to take a look after the 2nd attempt had dried, like she said she would. Also, have her include the paint in her quotation. That way when her estimate is way off, you won't get stuck with that extra charge. She is now demanding FULL payment, or she is going to take legal action. Full payment for a job that looks like an amateur completed, and to threaten legal action instead of working with us and fixing the issue is not professional at all. We have offered multiple solutions or offers, and she has not even replied. If it would have turned out nice, we would gladly pay her in full and have even considered a tip. Other painters have been in and looked were surprised and could not believe that a "Professional" painter would leave this as an outcome. If anyone wants to see pictures, I will gladly share. You can even leave my opinion out of it and come and look at our basement for yourself. She has done good work in the past for other customers, but what differentiates contractors is how they work with you when things go wrong. Very disappointing and now we are sitting with a basement that we cannot afford to have re-done again along with our contractor for trim and doors sitting in limbo. Very disappointing.

They got the job done in the timeframe promised and communicated throughout the process. I will definitely check with them again when I'm ready to do work on the house. No more, no less. They hand-wrote the contract instead of typing it up, so we missed that they didn't add the gutters we had discussed and thought they added. They were supposed to be all triple-paned, specially-built windows, but they bought the egress window at Menards. They didn't keep us updated as to the schedule. In July, we called and they said it would be a couple of weeks, 3 weeks later I called them again, oh, it'll be a few weeks, wash, rinse, repeat. When they finally did come, they worked for 3 days, disappeared for 2 days, worked a half day, disappeared for a day, worked an hour Saturday morning disappeared and came back, etc... They didn't do any kind of walk-through when they were done. We had them do quite a lot of work, so a show-and-tell would have been nice to know the job was done right. They demanded payment immediately when they were done with the work. Every other contractor I have ever worked with has either handed or mailed me a final bill to be paid in two weeks or 30 days. They called while their crew was still working to ask for payment. This is when we found out the gutters weren't getting done. They stated they 'never do gutters' even though we discussed the gutters with them and the crew that arrived. As far as I can tell, the workers did a good job, the roof seems sound, and the windows are good. The workers were friendly and professional. The NCR team was friendly too until they decided the bill was due. Then they were no better than any other debt collector. We told them we had to contact the bank the afternoon they asked. So before 9 the next morning (before the bank was even open) they were calling again. I would not recommend NCR based on their business practices.

We spoke to Andrea the office lady and she was amazing help get us scheduled up a few days after. Our service man Brandon was very good he took time to make sure everything was perfect. Brandon went through the prosses of setting up and showing us all the functions of the new system and thermostat, after he was done he left the house cleaner than when he started, a few days later stopped on his way to a service call just to make sure everything was good. rob followed up with us a week later. if i could give them more than 5 stars I would. 100 percent recommend kayl heating and air.

It took much time, labor, effort and care but is now BEAUTIFUL. Every bit was done by hand with tender loving care and thoughtfulness. This was not an easy or small project as the barn measures 66 ft long, 60 ft wide and 40 ft high to the cupolas. I am very pleased and proud of the job they have done and thank them from the bottom of my heart. My dream came true. I also felt the job was done in a costly manner and to my specifications.
