Rob the owner stopped out and gave us a bid. We had a few other bids but settled on Kayl due to the fact the owner took time out of his day to stop personally and give us a bid. We spoke to Andrea the office lady and she was amazing help get us scheduled up a few days after. Our service man Brandon was very good he took time to make sure everything was perfect. Brandon went through the prosses of setting up and showing us all the functions of the new system and thermostat, after he was done he left the house cleaner than when he started, a few days later stopped on his way to a service call just to make sure everything was good. rob followed up with us a week later. if i could give them more than 5 stars I would. 100 percent recommend kayl heating and air.

I have had the pleasure of using them 2 times in the last 6 months. They are punctual, pleasant and reasonably priced. At no point did I hear complaints about the 2 trucks that came to my apartment and emptied it, then followed me to my storage unit and emptied it, and then went to my new house and unloaded both trucks. We were looking for a really good job so investing extra was OK. Boy, was that a mistake. We now have a basement that looks horrible. The first attempt at this job was an embarrassment. The Wonder Woman team came in and tried again. It was better but not nearly acceptable. There are still roller marks all over the place with a few imperfections. Wonder Woman painting has not ever came over to take a look after the 2nd attempt had dried, like she said she would. Also, have her include the paint in her quotation. That way when her estimate is way off, you won't get stuck with that extra charge. She is now demanding FULL payment, or she is going to take legal action. Full payment for a job that looks like an amateur completed, and to threaten legal action instead of working with us and fixing the issue is not professional at all. We have offered multiple solutions or offers, and she has not even replied. If it would have turned out nice, we would gladly pay her in full and have even considered a tip. Other painters have been in and looked were surprised and could not believe that a "Professional" painter would leave this as an outcome. If anyone wants to see pictures, I will gladly share. You can even leave my opinion out of it and come and look at our basement for yourself. She has done good work in the past for other customers, but what differentiates contractors is how they work with you when things go wrong. Very disappointing and now we are sitting with a basement that we cannot afford to have re-done again along with our contractor for trim and doors sitting in limbo. Very disappointing.

My house needed two AC Units to be fixed due to hail damage. The contractor that I was using came…read moreto me on the day that the work was to be finished and said they could not fix the units because they were too old. I was in a jam. I contacted my insurance company and they extended my "finish" deadline by 30 days. They said if we could find an HVAC guy to quote, fix and/or replace the units by the end of the month they would cover it. I contacted John with Nebraska Heating and Air. I had used Nebraska Heating & Air previously when I had flipped a property in the past. I felt they treated me very well and they did great work. John was able to put together some quotes which included upgrades in some of the quotes. John included why the upgrades would be beneficial and why he recommended them. They worked with my insurance company and replaced both units by the due date. The workers were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and left the work area spotless! They explained the operation and what needed to be done and answered all my questions! I received true customer service, the way it should be. No lip service just actions. I would recommend John and Nebraska Heating & Air to anyone! Their motto is "Where HVAC stands for Honesty, Value and Comfort." Boy they live up to their motto!! KUDOS!!!!
