Yeah, I really don't believe in the whole "you need to come in every few days for the rest of your life, and subluxations will kill you" I believe that if I have a crick in my neck or if something is hurting I need to see someone, if it isn't fixed then maybe there is something wrong with the "fixin" process. Well, Dr. Morgan, isn't like anyone I've ever been to, FIRST, she came out and said that after three visits for the same thing if she hasn't fixed me, she'll refer me out. Amazing, and the way it should be. Honest and too the point the entire appointment. Second, I work crazy hours and she is willing to work around them and find a time that works for me and her to make sure I can be seen when I do need it. Also, she adjusts way differently from how I have ever been adjusted, it's not a 10 minute jump on you crack crack crack adjustment, she'll crack you but it's by you using your muscle manipulation and getting the nerves involved, it's intense, and you'll feel it. She takes my insurance and she's easy to talk to. Not your typical chiro office or practice, but I feel at home here, even with the Cross-Fit gym shouting next door. Yes, there is a Cross-Fit gym right next to the office and it's not exactly LOUD, but if you're expecting an office with an old man with Enya playing in the background, this isn't it. If you're expecting a Dr. that truly knows what she is doing, is honest, fair, and works with you. This is the place.

He got me in right away, listened to where I was hurting, and adjusted me right where I needed it. He didn't try to sell me on any program, was very receptive to the seriousness of my injury, and was reasonably priced. No games, no overdoing it. Pettapiece and Taylor are always on time and the receptionist will always call you before if there is a delay or if they can get you in earlier. They have an adjustment table that is mechanical so you don't have to get up and down on your own, perfect for those who are in pain and have limited mobility. You just lean on the table standing vertically and they lower the table for you, and when they are done they stand the table back up, no work on your part. Both Chiropractors in this office are very good at what they do and always keep you informed of what they are going to do and explain in detail your condition. Also the office is kid friendly and they have toys available for the little ones that can be brought into the treatment room with you. Even though I live on Bainbridge now I still drive to Poulsbo for my Chiropractor, totally worth it.

They were very gentle with me while always taking care of my complaints. I love that they never pushed services on you. I've been to other chiropractors where it seems like a generic statement for them to tell you that you need to come in 3 times per week for eternity. Pettapiece and Taylor have always ASKED me how I feel and tell me to call in if something flares up. I appreciate that they aren't sales people. I saw Pettapiece and Taylor all through my 2nd pregnancy 2010-2011, I don't think I'd trust any other chiropractor during such an important time. They have a table that raises and lowers and have a breakaway stomach area. Taylor did my feet during pregnancy and even offered to show my husband areas to massage my back to help relieve pain. Pettapiece does a minute or two of cranial sacral theraphy during her sessions and it's so relaxing! Last year I started going to a chiro closer to my home/work ...but funny story the one I choose (Dr. Ball at Smith Chiro) was actually mentored by Pettapiece and Taylor!! I've recommended my dad, mom, uncle, grandfather and brother in law and they've all had good experiences.
