He told me I cannot expect their employees to always follow procedure however it looks to be a recurring issue based on the recent reviews. I believe something very strange is going on here. I have never been met with such resistance from any medical provider when trying to resolve a billing issue. I have attached a screenshot showing my correspondence with Dr. Josh Bailey and his refusal to send me a revised bill since I have a copy of our correspondence via email. I have never heard of anything more unprofessional from any medical facility. I still have yet to settle this bill because of Dr. Josh Baileys refusal to provide a correct bill. Second, I work crazy hours and she is willing to work around them and find a time that works for me and her to make sure I can be seen when I do need it. Also, she adjusts way differently from how I have ever been adjusted, it's not a 10 minute jump on you crack crack crack adjustment, she'll crack you but it's by you using your muscle manipulation and getting the nerves involved, it's intense, and you'll feel it. She takes my insurance and she's easy to talk to. Not your typical chiro office or practice, but I feel at home here, even with the Cross-Fit gym shouting next door. I came back because my upper and lower back symptoms returned. I haven't been consistent with exercises and stretching which caused the relapse. I like that they keep me accountable and remind me that I'm in charge of my health. Some of the staff has changed since I was here last but they are still kind & very helpful. The doctors are still great at explaining what's going on with me and tell me what I can do to improve. They tell me visits are frequent to start to allow continuous healing then we taper down as I improve. I want to get back to monthly adjustments to help keep all the pains away. Whether it's been a month or 3 years since I've been here, I always leave the office feeling a little bit better.

What I liked about IHC was that Dr. Lucia Vracin actually took the time to talk to me prior to my coming in so that we could discuss what I felt I needed and she could tell me what they offered. So, I made an appointment. What I found was a really great Chiropractic experience. I saw Dr. Morgan Rilling, she's young but very capable. After I got a new job, I learned my insurance should cover his services. Unfortunately, due to his delay in billing, I ended up paying almost triple what I would have paid in cash because I still had to meet my deductible. Later, it turned out he actually owed me a refund. When my insurance agent tried to help resolve the issue, he was rude to her and refused to cooperate. Then, instead of communicating with me about my refund, he blocked my phone number entirely. That level of unprofessionalism was shocking and really changed my opinion of his practice. While he's good at what he does clinically, the way he treats patients and handles business matters is completely unacceptable. I hope he learns to communicate with more respect and integrity.
