Jessie was confrontational and blocked phone when I addressed my concerns.  This is my home I have lived in for 30 years and I was looking forward to its new look, but it hasnt been a pleasant experience especially by the cost incurred and more monies to fix the poor install.  In addition, based on the vinyl work, I will have to pay for a roof inspector.  Since I am blocked from contacting owner, I have no coverage in the event of leaks which contract states is good for ten years.
