Quick and efficient! Did exactly what I needed in two hours and I now have brand new gutters. One company said they couldn't do it and another wanted $1500.00 MORE and I wasn't getting new gutters! This awesome company is a family owned company. The estimator that came out was one of the owners and very friendly. This company was not the lowest bid I received but they agreed to price match the competition. After deciding to go with them they send you a invoice and you can pay the deposit online, then they schedule your date. My appointment was for 9am and the techs showed up at 8am sharp. Impressive! They went over everything before starting. They hit a snag with a certain piece of the house which was hard to lay a gutter. So the tech came up with alternative solutions for us and even explained to my husband on facetime. The old gutters were not put on correctly so they came up with a great solution of adding a rain diverter to the roof. I will use them going forward for all of our properties. read more

After many estimates,I chose these guys because of their patience with me in trying to figure out whether or not to use an extreme inside miter. After many questions I finally made a decision and they were out here within a week and on time 8am sharp! Both installers took the time to explain everything they were doing and even offered to come back out later to install the bottom downspout bracket I had asked them to leave off so I could do some repairs to the siding there. They insisted that if I had any problems with putting it on myself they would be glad to return to do it for me!! Very nice indeed! They came onsite and took measurements. I requested one modification as to where a certain downspout ran. They gave me a quote onsite in about 15 minutes. The price was reasonable, as I ordered oversize gutters and downspouts. He gave me an estimated time for installation and ended up doing the job ahead of time. I had called 3 other companies and was given appointment times and then they didn't show up. One other company that did actually give me a quote was double the price of Gutter Buddies. If you even think you need gutters, these guys are the absolutely right decision. Not only did they respond to my request shortly after I submitted it online they were able to coordinate around my schedule to provide a quote in a timely manner, which was very fairly priced! I signed the quote that day and set up service for the following week, it just so happened that the schedule for them opened up and they called to see if they could install almost a week early, not a bad thing at all, and we accepted. They came out and within a few hours had gutters up on the house and it just to happened to start raining just as they finished up...perfect time to test them out. They noticed a small issue where some water was overflowing and quickly told me they would be back to fix it on the next dry weather day, which was only a couple days later. They came backed adjusted the one gutter and Neptune himself does not have as much control of water as these gutters do now! If you need work, these guys are a MUST. I had called every company under the VB Sun trying to get someone so come out and help me and replace my gutters and a small fascia board per the home inspection of the buyer of my house. After the people I had who said they could help me backed out, spending all day on the phone with no one able to come out to even give me an ESTIMATE until the 26th( closing is in the 22nd -.- ) , I took to Facebook and found Ben on marketplace. I gave him a call, amid full blown tears , and he was here 30 minutes later and gave me an estimate on the spot. Less than 3 days later, the work is complete and is beyond satisfactory.
