We have been using this company at the recommendation of a friend since we moved from the US to the Dominican Republic. We have received all of our packages up until now. Most frustrating service experience of my life. It has been one month since Liberty Express received my package in Miami with final destination Venezuela. The package still seating in their warehouse as non identified. I have called and emailed customer service several times in regards to this shipping. They keep asking for a list of items included in the box, which I've sent a dozen times. They hardly ever answer their phones and when I've had the luck of getting someone on the phone, it's like starting the whole process from scratch. I've used Liberty Express several times but only to ship from the US to Venezuela. It's relatively quick and not very expensive compared to the price you get. The only thing that I'm not happy with is it's costumer service (sometimes) and the fact that thay cannot group different packages in one box to send them to it's final destination. read more

I am a small business owner and we received 11 orders over 2 days, all shipping to Liberty Express Group in Miami. We quickly realized that these orders, originating from Venezuela, were fraudulent. Unfortunately we shipped one order before realizing the other 10 were fraudulent. We called Liberty Express multiple times to see if they could return the order that we shipped and let them know about the multiple fraudulent orders but they never answered. A quick search of their Better Business Bureau page (http://www.bbb.org/south-east-florida/business-reviews/internet-shopping/liberty-express-in-medley-fl-92015077) shows that this is a common issue - they are used as the shipping address for fraudulent orders that eventually get forwarded onto Central and South America. I work on the E-Commerce team for a large, national company. We received 20+ orders over the last five days from this company and other companies we know are all from the same person. Different addresses, all in Doral/Miami, FL, different emails that dont match the contact name. Very clearly fraud and not deterred by any response to their orders/inquiries requesting more information. Every night they just submit more fraud orders. I am not sure why they think any of the orders will be processed. Do not ship or sell to anyone utilizing this address. It is very obvious when you are trained to recognize fraud orders but can be deceiving if you are a small business. If the address is not a verifiable business location that matches the company name, the email is personal (no business domain that leads to a company website) and does not match the contact person name, the phone number leads nowhere or is a "texting app" voicemail, or they are shipping to a freight forwarder/shipping and receiving center then do not sell or ship to them unless they can provide information that verifies the associations they are making to businesses. These people are claiming to be with Amazon, Fedex, even used our company name as their company name on one order. Ridiculous. read more
