Same package was accepted instantly, no questions asked, at the FedEx Ship Center on 36th St in Miami. Terrible customer service. Wasted my time. Avoid this location. read more

FedEx is just terrible! Starting from their voice prompts when you call that keep sending you in circles when you simply need to speak to someone. When you call customer service they offer to give you the number you just called 15 times to get and answer which you never did. Avoid FedEX if you can, until at least they get a simple, decent, practical, working voice mail prompt system. Not the POS they have now! read more

I usually visit when in need of a printer. For me, this is worth more than owning one as printing from home is rarely needed. The computers here are self-serve and charged my credit card a total of $2.50. Each minutes costed about $0.35. Printing one page costed $0.64. It's pricey but I was in and out of this place quickly with no need to interact with a human. It's nice to have these Fedex Kinko's especially when traveling and being far away from office and home. I don't use any other services here so, for me, the experience was great. read more

Scamming, lazy, incompetent staff. Somehow packages seem to always get lost or overlooked and left in their shop for weeks. Also, they are always claiming that we need to buy their supplies for one stupid reason or another. Skip this location and just go to one of the many UPS Store locations. read more

After waiting in line three times to get different information they told me at different times that I'd need, and after paying $250 to ship and insure, the manager Ms Maria Orna refused to pack the contents I'd just paid to have shipped in front of me, claiming there was a line (which is already stood in three times, waiting for my turn!) and had me wait until "there was no more line" with my shipment unpacked and just sitting there (there is no way I'd leave that stuff unsecured like that!). Having a child with endless projects necessitating these services, we are here often. The service is so hit or miss its mind numbing. Lets stick to the facts, there are people who work here that sometimes just don't know what they are doing. Time after time we go to the "do it yourself" machines and things just don't work or don't do what we need so we stand in line, because we tried and couldn't do it. We explain what we need and often get the rolling eyes and the "come with me". They try condescendingly on the do it yourself machine as if to show the idiot ladies how to do it. OH.. it CAN'T be done? Surprise. They end up doing it behind the counter. My kids projects are pretty complex. Today we tried and got an error message saying the machine needed paper after inserting card and trying to do the print job. We looked in all the drawers, yup. All had paper. I go up to a guy that looked like he was the manager wandering around and he gave me that "I don't work here so I am going to ignore you". Ooops, my mistake (remember this for later). We stand in line, explain to the girl what we wanted, barely got an acknowledgment and she started walking around the place. To help us? Not sure. THEN she starts talking to a guy way in the back where they employees are.. wait... OH its the MANAGER. The same guy that blatantly ignored me. She talks to a few more people and then remembers us and tells us this other girl will help us when she is done. I explained the situation to the other girl, she checks my card, gives it back to me with the receipt and a credit. Done. I looked at her and said "But we want the copies..." Sigh... In Office Depot they not only get these jobs done but offer to bind, or fold or help in other ways. The guys there go out of their way to offer suggestions, here at this Kinko's you can be treated well, but it depends on the day. Today was a bad one. And yes, although the parking spaces are clearly marked for Kinko's customers only, many times I have had to send my kid in and drive around the parking lot for 20 minutes because the people going to LA FITNESS to EXERCISE can't bother parking farther to OMG WALK????? I have gotten cut off by idiot meatheads who GOD FORBID walk to the gym... GASP. read more

The worst Kinkos staff around. The manager is useless. I've gone in several times and each time you ask him for something he has to turn around and ask someone else. He's far from friendly too. Very unwelcoming. Some of the other staff members are very "grumpy" to say the least. Jessica on the other hand and an older woman which I regret not getting her name, were extremely knowledgable and helpful. I even call before hand to make sure they are available if not I go to the other Kinkos on 87th. They always are out of something too. Hi, I went to this store #1550 to get some 8x10 flyers printed today. Derrick assisted me who went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied with the overall product, asked me what kind of paper I wanted and he recommended thick cardstock for what I wanted and wouldn't take long. There was a line of customers about 7 of them and Derrick delivered incredible customer service by himself alone and the rest of the customers. Give this man a raise and make sure he receives this praise. I will come back to this location if I ever find myself near this location. Blown away by how patient, graceful, personable, attention to detail, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and easy going Derrick made me feel and this experience is 15/10! The representative agent Ximena helped me tremendously. I was delivered a defective Movado watch which required RMA return via FedEx. Ximena enhanced the experience by adding additional bubble wrap with a pleasant customer service bubbly disposition. For all your last minute printing, binding, and shipping needs, this is the store to visit in the Doral area. Every experience I've had at this Fedex has been great. There is somebody around to help you out most of the time. They have it all: Internet for research, printing, binding, and shipping. It is open 24 hours, Monday through Thursday. You won't miss it. It is on 41st street, right next to the LA Fitness (big yellow building). Parking is never hard to find, but sometimes it gets packed because of the people that go to the gym. So you might want to avoid rush hours like from 5pm to around 9pm. read more

This Fedex Drop-off is useless! Their slow and every time I take a package they either refuse it because it's a box wrapped in paper or they tell you no just to try to sell you their services. I've recently looked up the address of this FedEx and stumbled upon some reviews stating that the customer service is terrible and slow, yet I think I would have to disagree, I had an apple product which I had to return and decided to drop it off at this office Thursday morning around 9:00 am and was greeted right away by a really nice lady, I also noticed an award for the excellence of customer service at that stir which I agreed with, but since it was a first time there I'm not going to guarantee anything, for a first time I've had a nice experience though I think i am going to rate this store with 4 stars not for any inconvenience but maybe for their shortness in staff which I think slows a little the process but again, this is my first time so I can't judge much but over all it was a pretty nice experience. Very bad customer experience. I paid $1 per page which came out to be $10 for 10 pages. When I took the file home and opened it, the scan quality was really bad. I went back to the store to ask for another better quality scan and the manager refused to help me claiming that the scan they provided me was the best they can do and that their machines produce bad quality documents and there is nothing she can do. If I could, I would have given zero stars. Senders beware!!! There is a thief in the building. Long story short-- my husband and I sent a package with our belonging back to our home of addess so that we wouldn't have to carry them as luggage on our flight. Because we had to buy a box from this location, the employee saw what we were packing in the box, to include all of the newly purchased items from the mall. Coincidentally our box went missing. The store showed it as having arrived in Las Vegas only a few minutes after we dropped it off in Miami. Because we only declared $500 as an estimate of the newly purchased items we were sending-- that is ALL the company is reimbursing us. SO.. SENDERS BEWARE, always declare on the high side to make sure you get the full value of ALL of the contents that you are shipping!
