What a time to find out how terrible their claims department was, which will be another review about them when the claim is done. The adjustor was so rude, as if I had caused the accident. I had received a concussion and was so distraught over the treatment I received. Leah at Waikem was such a help. She kept me updated along the way and helped get the claim going to get my vehicle fixed. We just can't say enough about her. The car looks spectacular and runs as good as new. Once I tried to install I realized the plugs were not the correct size. I took the plugs back for a refund and was accused of lying, and told that they were the right ones. I told the lady working that they were definitely not right. They were a different length and didn't even require the same size plug socket. The lady was beyond rude, cussed me out, and then after arguing with her she only agreed to write me a check. I just left so haven't got to cash it yet, but can only hope it will go through. I've heard good things about the man who owns Wades, but I will never go there again due to how I was treated.
