Got an estimate from Two places for wheel bearing replacement on my Cobalt . they were slightly higher in price but not much. The office mana was very professional and explained all the charges and also explaining better than basic parts. they also include a 3 year 36000 mile warranty on all work. THAT alone was the deciding factor on having them do the work . Was done in one day, and communication was kept throughout the project . Gave an estimate for other possible future needed work but got NO pressure to do it . Just Suggested. Highly recommend this business ! read more

I needed a transmission rebuild. Dropped it off. The owner subbed it out to another shop, charged me more than I was told, and then 2 weeks after I left it was leaking and he said he wouldn't honor the warranty (I ended up taking it to the shop that did the work AJ's transmission, and they honored it). This guys a middleman scam artist. I left a google review and he got on there and lied in his response to try and discredit what I had said. SCAM!! Took my money, I drove a mile down the road and my vehicle shut off. They refuse to fix what I paid for. SCAM!!

Paid for what was diagnosed, just for them to tell me that wasn't the problem. Paid again, they said it was fixed. Still had issued. Brought back multiple times and now it Seems I left there with more problems than I had when I brought it in And was basically told they don't know what else they can do. read more

Innovative Autocare has very polite employees but they struggle with their service. I had gotten my oil changed and they forgot to put the oil cap back (I later found it tucked under my wiper on my windshield) once they finished. When I drove away unknowingly, oil spilled all over my engine and the underside of my hood. I'm mostly frustrated because I had just gotten my engine detailed not long before. It was a careless mistake that could've been avoided if there was some supervision. I went back hoping to get my problem fixed but they have yet to do so. I would not recommend this business. If I cannot trust them with an oil change, why should I trust them with an big repair? read more
