A few weeks back, a reckless and careless mom in a Honda Odessy Van backed up into my 2011 Chevy Malibu while dropping off her kid's friends in a driveway while I was parked on the street. After the accident, I immediately took it over to LJI Collision Center on Lee Rd. in Cleveland Heights. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by a very friendly staff who then immediately surveyed the damages (two large dents/scratches on the driver side door and back seat panels). I provided them with all the information needed from the mom's insurance company and they got me in a rental and on my way in less than 30 minutes. I believe the women I worked with directly was Lauren, and she went above and beyond the call of duty to give me updates regularly and ensure that everything was going to be covered. When I returned after a week, the car was as good as new and they even professionally detailed the interior as well as provided a car wash and shined my tires. I have dealt with some pretty scum bag collision shops while living in Detroit for over 6 years, so it was refreshing to come back to my hometown and receive excellent service like this. I highly reccomend this shop to anyone that is looking for an honest quote for repairing damages you may have recieved on your vehicle. I know nothing about cars, so when my car broke down and I explained my situation, Lauren was so kind, patient, and helpful on the phone as she walked me through what my options were. She had me send pictures so her mechanics could take a look, and she even offered to come by in person to take a look and advised me not to drive it because she was concerned about my safety. I recently had some detail and repair work done here and I couldn't be more pleased with this business! This is a family owned shop, with Mom and son working side by side. Our technician was Dan Angie, and Dan proved to be talented with painting repair, touching up so many scratches I had everywhere on my car! My car looked brand new when he was finished! Dan Angie is an extremely talented young man who is an expert in his field! The customer service I received here was exceptional. The owner Lauren, was professional, and went out of her way to explain the process of what they would be doing to my vehicle. They also provide rental cars at extremely reasonable prices. I just moved to Cleveland and needed work done on the hood of my car and a scrap down the back bumper, and I have to say, this is the best place I've been to and won't go anywhere else! I already went back a second time too. They helped in any and every way they could and didn't balk and my craziness. Which is much appreciated. I was recommended LJI by my mechanic after I was rear ended several months ago, and I will never go to anybody else! They took great care of me, dealing with the insurance companies and making sure my car was restored to the state it was before the accident. I couldn't even tell it had work done! I accidentally ripped the front bumper off my car and Lauren was SUPER helpful and responsive. I told her my situation and financial restraints and they managed to fix it entirely for literally 25% of what I expected it to cost.
