It is hard to mess up a half gallon of tea and it may have been good when it was put in the bottle but that had to be a week or two ago. In all reality this food may have tasted fine (last week). Then I give them a chance to fix it. I go back to the location and the door is locked they close at 8 and it's 5 after. We'll I finally get someone on the phone and Miranda is kind and assures me they will take care of it. Well then I here the cook in the background hollering that we are closed and he can't make the replacements I requested which is horrible customer service. At the time we hadn't tried any of the other food but noticed the obvious. We spent a lot of money on 5 meals plus tip and get offered to remake a salad which was our original complaint because we could see molded eggs on it. After telling them we threw out everything except the spaghetti for my daughter they must have thought I was kidding but I'm not and have pictures to prove it. Let's just say next time I will stick to Kidd's dinner for diner since they had to save the day.
