Well, I NEVER had ANY Correspondence from Franco's until I called the office (2x's) on Monday, 5/11/2026, and only then, was I sent an incomplete estimate via email - - the cost was $200 more than the verbal estimate, which would have been acceptable if the estimate showed exactly how many yards of cedar mulch that was going to be ordered and the cost/yd, and the scope of the work was less and incomplete from what Dave and I had discussed on Tuesday, 4/28/2026. I immediately sent my own email, on Monday, 5/11/2026, to Franco's, outlining everything that Dave and I had discussed and questioning if this new increased cost was going to include EVERYTHING. I NEVER received a response until I called the office, yet again, on Thursday, 5/14/2026, only to find that office employee, April, never read my email or shared it with Dave. She assured me that she would have Dave contact me the next day (Friday, 5/15/2026). We particularly appreciated his patience as I had gone back-and-forth with our decision multiple times. He even came back again to show us his selections when I wanted to redo our picks.
