The office staff is incredible - Dawn and Karin have been there longer than when I started going, and they are also incredibly kind and helpful and dedicated to this practice. This office really provides the personalized one-on-one care you hope for, and I'm grateful that I'm able to use my insurance there. The biggest difference in the treatment I receive here is it is mostly hands-on care to treat pain (cupping, dry needling, starting off by laying on large heated table, ultrasound therapy, etc), vs others have been focused on doing exercises the majority of the visit. I've had good experiences generally at those practices too, but never received any of the services I receive here at those places. Terry has shown me some things I can do at home to help, and your mileage may very with how your treatment is because he really does tailor to the individual's needs. There are also 3 other physical therapists there, but I've only ever seen Terry, but I'm sure just by being part of the team they are also great to see. As he has even put on his website, shop around because it's your body and your money! So include Grapevine PT in your choices of places to try to find the best fit for your needs, you'll probably end up choosing them for most or all of your care!

Windows on two sides create a very warm, bright and comfortable environment to rehab, whatever your condition is! Excellent therapists who are knowledgeable and thorough with positive attitudes and who challenge & push me to reach my full potential and physical capability. I'm given new exercises at almost each session, and they always follow up to make sure my pain is manageable and that I'm doing my exercises at home. The techs and front desk staff are wonderful as well. They're friendly, professional, respectful, and encouraging. Overall, the staff work well as a team and as individuals. They always take good care of me and go above and beyond. No one is watching the clock to make sure I'm rushed out of there by the one-hour mark. In fact, 99% of the time I'm in there longer because they want to make sure my treatment is fully completed. Facility is organized and neat, easy to find, and there's always good parking. Extremely knowledgeable and patient, there was always encouragement, challenge, and education about how joints, tendons, and ligaments are all part of the equation.
