I have always been a fan of chiropractic care, but Dr. Payne takes chiropractic care to the next level, looking holistically at the body's functionality and identifying the root cause of ALL types of issues (not just structural like the majority of chiropractors). The best part about Dr. Payne is that he doesn't want you to have to go to him every week for the rest of your life - his philosophy is all about getting your health to an optimal condition, where you would go to him only for routine maintenance (similar to a dentist). He is friendly, personable, and has a wealth of knowledge about the body that I've never seen from even a regular doctor. I go to him not only for chiropractic care, but also bloodwork and vitamin therapy. As someone who is recently postpartum, I cannot recommend him enough for new moms who are looking to get back in alignment and feel like their pre-pregnant selves. I purchased a Groupon for a 90 minute massage and it was fantastic! Before the massage even started, I was already impressed by the fact that the massage table was heated and smelled of eucalyptus. I've never experienced that during a massage and I loved those little touches. When I asked about it, Tammy said the eucalyptus was to keep you from getting congested while facing down. So smart! The massage itself was wonderful and Tammy really knows what she is doing. The office was really clean, too. My appointment was really easy to schedule, the office was easy to find with plenty of parking, and the massage was great! read more

This review is for the massage therapy side of Innovate Health. You would think that being in a chiropractor's office and functioning in a sub-sect of healthcare they would have basic precautions in place... but the massage therapist herself was wearing her mask below her nose the entire time. There were no temperature checks. There was no hand sanitizer in sight for clients to use let alone offered before the appointment. The "linens" were two layers of highly pilled felt throws that I'm sure were changed between clients but sure didn't strike me as fresh and clean... As for the massage itself, far from relaxing. There was audible loud noise/thuds and conversation outside the room throughout my 60min appt. The blinds were closed but let the sunlight in, so the lighting itself was very weird and twilight-y, like an unlit bedroom in late afternoon. The bed creaked every time the therapist used increased pressure. And I haven't noticed any relief in my pain. read more

I recently woke up with a pinched nerve in my neck/upper back. I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. Dr. Payne and his staff were welcoming and informative. After an initial consult and physical therapy, I was able to set an appointment the next day for a 60-minute massage and adjustment. I recommend Dr. Payne for anyone in Euless or the surrounding Mid-Cities to help with any pain issues. I also appreciate that there is a Licensed Nurse Practitioner on site to help with any medical necessities. read more

I only review places that I've had either exceptionally great service or exceptionally bad service. This would be the latter. (Note: This is just for the massage portion of this business and not the chiropractic practice itself, though I question how their customer service would be for that as well.) After initially scheduling an appointment two weeks prior for a massage session and following up with another phone call a week prior to confirm the appointment, I showed up on the day of and was told by the receptionist to wait until a therapist would come out and help me. Afterwards, she disappeared into the office. After 45 minutes of waiting and no one telling me anything, I ring the bell for service, and she comes out with the massage therapist, both who told me that I was not scheduled for an appointment and asked who I originally talked to. Turns out when I first called their computer were down. Fine, that's understandable technical difficulties happen to everyone. What was not ok was the fact that the lady I talked to on the phone had told me in my follow up phone calls that she had put me down for an appointment. Ok? So it took 45 minutes for them to even realize I wasn't down for an appointment? Who knows how much longer I would've been there sitting if I didn't ask about it. They told me either I could wait another 90 minutes when she'd be free or come back tomorrow. I will do neither, I called off work to have a relaxing day. In return, I wasted nearly 4 hours of my day sitting in rush hour traffic there and back and then nearly another hour sitting in their office just to be told I had no appointment. My fault for being lured in by a Groupon and not going to my usual massage therapist. My advice? Stick to massage businesses that are specialize in just that and not one that is an extension of a chiropractic practice. read more

So I literally just went for my first visit as a new patient at Innovate Health to see Dr. Payne. I was very apprehensive at first because you never know what your walking into. How is the staff going to treat me? What about the facilities? What's the doctors bedside manner/personality like? From walking through the front door my experience was phenomenal. The office was so clean and smelled of the holidays. The young lady Tierre at the Front Desk was super nice and very professional! Kayla the young lady who took me back to get my vitals/set-up for Dr. Payne, was wonderful, she was so friendly and very much made me feel like family, straight-away! And lastly Dr. Payne, this man is awesome! he is so do-to-earth and spoke "to me" and not "down-to-me" like some physicians I've seen. You know how you go to some doctors offices and you can just feel like your just another number waiting to be seen and the staff is not no sincere? I DID NOT experience that feeling here, I could honestly feel a sense of truly caring about my well being and wanting to help me in my journey to wellness! Went to Dr Payne after my car accident . He is very professional, soft spoken, helpful. Does not rush anything. Explains you the detailed process and what is expected, How things will proceed each week what might you expect. I was in total ease.. I could see the difference in the first visit. My body movement was much more elevated than what it was before the visit. The office staff (Tierre, Nick) is very professional. Very family like environment, knows each patient by their first name and you are talking about friends family and all other stuff that makes you really appreciate the people and place. Nick is the man, He lays out the plan for your phisio Therapy, Get you moving the right way and focusing on each and every part that needs to be worked out. I woke up with a bad neck one day during the course of therapy and Dr Payne adjusted me differently than what he used to zero pain. I will never go to another Chiropractor after visiting Dr. Payne. We (husband and two children as well as myself) have been patients here for over two years. I consider him our primary care physician and I will bring my children here before I take them anywhere else. He takes the time to listen to what is wrong with you, answers all your questions and has always made us feel comfortable. The chiropractor said he will not mail and I have to come and get it myself. Very poor customer service. They also said they would return my call and never did. Don't go to Payne if you're in pain. First off, I never signed the paperwork for X-rays to be taken. Next thing you know, they come in the room and want to take X-rays. I said I did not sign for that in the paperwork. Read the paperwork guys! Secondly, after watching the video, he did not tell me to open the door after it was finished. After waiting in the room for about ten minutes, I open it and try to find someone to ask what's taking so long. They said, "Oh, you were suppose to open the door when it was finished so we know that it's over." I said nobody told me to do that. Thirdly, he wanted me to schedule another appointment before making an adjustment. Any other Chiropractor that cares, wants you to be healed asap and not have to wait and schedule an appointment. Lastly, they did not process a payment of mine and I received a notice from a collections agency. I called them and they said it was taken care of that it just didn't go through. About a month later, I received a final notice from collections and had to call the office again to ask why when it was already paid for in person months ago. Not fun when you have an almost perfect credit rating. He was not personable and thinks he's something else. I highly recommend Dr. Jarret Armstrong in Keller. He is worth my drive every time. He's the best. He does not take appointments, only walk-ins, and is very efficient with never any waiting. This is great because when you are in pain and need help, who wants to schedule an appointment and wait for days to be seen? read more
