I came to Premier after a complex Total Knee Replacement and had previously been going to a different clinic (ATI). The prior clinic did not prioritize 1:1 patient care and I ended up left with a knee stuck at only 90 degrees range of motion at 4 weeks out - leaving me unable to walk normally and requiring me to go back to the surgeon for a Manipulation Under Anesthesia. It was divine intervention to find Premier after that! I called the day after my MUA and spoke with Dr. Brad (clinic director) who was incredibly kind and immediately helped work me into the schedule and get a solid recovery plan in place. He was even open to partnering with another Pilates-based clinic as I wanted to do some sessions there as well. Brad, Ryan and the entire Premier team were always open and willing to do what was needed to help me get the best outcome... exactly what a patient wants/needs after going through such a hard surgery! Dr. Ryan Vick is amazing and I highly recommend! He made our daily PT sessions fun and is SO skilled at what he does. He proactively incorporates new things to try and adjusts as needed, and you can tell he has a big heart and genuinely cares about his patients. Dr. Emily is also wonderful and always coming up with new exercises to try -- her positivity keeps you going! The techs/front desk staff (Parker, Bri, Yumi) were also consistently helpful and kind, and helped keep all appts running efficiently and on time. After 5 weeks at Premier, I gained 44 degrees in range of motion to reach 134 degrees flexion - which has put me back to work, functional daily living and activities. I had to return home to San Francisco (was in DFW area post-surgery to recover with family) and it'll be hard to find another PT place here that will ever match up to Premier! If you're deciding between different PT clinics, stop searching and come here!!! They are truly the best!

They manipulated and stretched and pulled on my hip until the hip that did not really bother me when I went in there has not stopped hurting since then and I'm now having a hip replacement. Yes I probably would've ended up with a hip replacement, but they caused the problem to be aggressive. I've my opinions to them on the second visit the third visit and I never went back after that. They called did not told them what the deal was so come in and we could fix it. No, I don't think you're touching me again. I've used them on several occasions previously, but the entire practice had changed. It's now more like a chiropractor's office as opposed to a physical therapy. So please do your research. Check out some other places before you decide to go here.

Not only does Matt do an incredible job, his team of physical therapist; Alex, Brandt and Bob are all exceptionally good at what they do! Kitty and Laura trade off managing the front desk, both do an excellent job! And they have a great group of assistants, to help with your therapy. They are located in a very attractive building, practically next-door to Dutch Bros on business 121 here in Grapevine. All the equipment looks as if it were new, as does the interior design. Windows on two sides create a very warm, bright and comfortable environment to rehab, whatever your condition is! I had a knee replacement earlier this year, and they did a wonderful job rehabbing it. Finish ahead of schedule! Recently, I had a total reverse shoulder replacement... And have been rehabbing it for about five weeks now! I cannot say enough positive things about these folks! If I could give no stars I would. First of all, my therapists were great. The situation that…read moreoccurred after therapy though, BEWARE! I had a hip surgery in 2020 for which I required physical therapy. I received physical therapy for approximately 3 months. I was told during that time that I HAD to do a minimum of 3 months of physical therapy for my recovery by my physical therapist and that I would not be released from his care until doing so. Nearly 18 months later, with absolutely NO COMMUNICATION from Greater Therapy Centers, I received a defaulted bill in the mail for $5600. Apparently, my insurance stopped covering my physical therapy halfway through my treatment more than a year ago. I still paid a co-pay at every visit and Greater Therapy Centers never communicated with me in any way before I received the bill in the mail, which was a shock. The day I received the bill, I called Greater Therapy Centers of Bedford and spoke to the office manager, Stephanie. I requested a letter from my physical therapist stating that my treatment was medically necessary in order to file an appeal with my insurance company for the denied claim. I received no explanation for why they had not communicated with me about the denied insurance benefits from more than a year ago. Almost a month went by after speaking with her. During that time, I called Stephanie several days a week with only a "we are working on it" response. I informed her that time was of the essence, as the bill was due and I needed to file a claim appeal. After no help with the letter, I showed up at the Greater Therapy Centers of Bedford office in person in order to get this letter nearly 6 weeks later. I was informed that the letter had gone to HR for "processing and auditing" and that they would be in touch. I demanded contact information for someone higher up that could process the letter or at least give me a status update, as I was running out of time. I was given contact information for someone named Terrance Nicholas that was 'supposedly' the manager of Greater Therapy Centers of Bedford. I called and left voicemail messages for Mr. Nicholas twice daily begging for him to please call me back regarding my physical therapists letter. This went on for nearly 2 weeks, with no response and no further communication from Greater Therapy Centers of Bedford regarding my letter. When I called HR for Texas Harris Southlake (their HR processing company), I was told they have never received such a letter and it would not have to go through HR. Texas Harris Southlake had never received anything from Greater Therapy Centers of Bedford or communication of any sort of a physical therapist letter. Long story short, I NEVER GOT ANY RESPONSE from anyone at Greater Therapy Centers of Bedford. I was forced to file my appeal claim without a letter of medical necessity from my physical therapist because time ran out and, surprise surprise, it was denied. I now owe Greater Therapy Centers of Bedford $5600 for physical therapy that was claimed to be "not medically necessary", even though my physical therapist at the time told me that it was the protocol that I had to be cleared after 3 months. Don't trust this clinic to be communicating with your insurance company at all or to communicate if you have an outstanding balance. I wouldn't trust that they are even checking if any of the services are covered. I received their bill in the mail more than 1 year after my insurance denied their claim. If you don't want to have an unexpected surprise several thousand dollar bill in the mail, I suggest you go somewhere else.

I was experiencing a lot of pain and still had a long way to go. I was terrified to think I wouldn't make it all the way to my due date. The level of care and support I received here was nothing short of amazing. They were a key part of my successful delivery and recovery and I am forever thankful. I love the calming environment that they've created, and I trust them with my heart as I know they will help me feel better after every adjustment. My entire family and I are now regular visitors.
