Brad Bollier - State Farm Insurance Agent - State Farm Agent

Brad Bollier - State Farm Insurance Agent

If you're looking for a State Farm agent in Georgia, go elsewhere. I wanted to wait until I got…read moreeverything taken care of to share my experience with this particular agent. I HAD renters insurance with them. I figured that it would be easier to keep all my insurances together so that in the event of having an "issue," I only had ONE company to reach out to. Signing up with them for the renters insurance policy was a breeze. It was a transfer of vehicle that didn't go right. I got into a car accident in April and needed to purchase a new vehicle. When it was time to register the new car for insurance, I decided to give them a call and get everything squared away. My old car was registered in North Carolina, as I have residence there and was constantly back and forth. Because the new car was purchased AND registered in Georgia, I needed my insurance here. Fine. I contacted the brad bollier agency approximately 5 days before I was scheduled to pick up my car and was told that I would need to transfer insurances from NC to Georgia. They (De'Nard Ford) told me that they "submitted" for the transfer and it would take up to 48 hours for this to be done and that I would be contacted once complete. Cool. 48 hours passed and I hadn't heard a thing. I reached out again and suddenly received an email from Christina Cleveland. I advised her that my pick up date for the car changed but that I still needed the transfer to be completed so there were no issues at pick up. No response. I then called brad bollier on 5/19 but right before anyone could pick up, I thought that it might be a good idea to instead reach out to my original agent in North Carolina. I got on the line with them and explained what was going on, and they told me that 1. they didn't have a request for transfer in the system for me and 2. it would not take 48 hours for anything to be done had the agency (brad bollier) reached out to initiate the transfer. The agent I had in NC literally reached out to another agency in Georgia (Natalie Reid) and they IMMEDIATELY got everything taken care of. I had my binder and new price information in hand in LESS THAN HOUR. Meanwhile back at the ranch, brad bollier and friends still haven't reached out to me about a damn thing. Because of this lack of good customer service, I switched my renters policy out as well. I refuse to deal with an agent proving irresponsibility and unprofessionalism in a time when I may need them the most (in the future). ALSO: during my call with De'Nard Ford (again, at the brad bollier agency), I told him that SOMEHOW, I was already issued a temporary card from state farm for my new car. I was concerned b/c the new card showed my OLD North Carolina agent, but my car is registered in Georgia. I specifically asked him would this be an issue and he said "it shouldn't be." Shouldn't, sir? As in SHOULD NOT? So I said I would need something more definitive than that b/c "shouldn't" covers your ass, but it leaves the ball in MY hands should something go awry. If I take that temporary card up to the dealer and they run the info before giving me the keys and there's no insurance on the car, I'd be stuck without a car for another few days until the insurance is taken care of. He then said "yea, you should be good." Same damn answer...he just changed it from being a contraction. Smh If you're looking to be insured and want to go with State Farm (which I have ZERO problems with otherwise), go with ANYBODY other than the brad bollier agency. What they had to do was simple, but they dropped the ball so bad and I would've been pissed if I went to the dealership, only to find that I can't take the car home because brad and friends didn't do what they were supposed to do with the transfer. Stay away. You've been warned. Read my other reviews. I don't play around.

Let me start this off by saying, Andres and the agency as a whole were wonderful. I even brought…read morealong my family and had them switch to their office. They truly did offer substantial savings. That does not relate to why I'm leaving one star. Admittedly, I'm not the best customer. I'm a single mom and sometimes struggle to make ends meet and pay not always on the due date. With that said, they have an associate (Natalie Wohlers) who called me and was helping answer some billing questions. She failed to hang up in time when leaving a voicemail and proceeded to embarrassingly talk about me to her colleagues which I captured all on recording. I was humiliated! She did call to apologize and provide an explanation, but that doesn't repair the relationship or the emotions that were felt after the shock factor. I would expect so much more from someone in a customer service role and I truly hope other clients do not receive the same disrespect even if it is behind closed doors.

She listend to me, called the tow contractor and stayed online to help resolve the tow fee issue. She really went to bat for me as a long time customer. She was absolutely exceptional and professional! Melanie Nunnally
