Michael Miller is perhaps the friendliest insurance agent I have ever spoken to. Quite honestly, especially in comparison to adjusters I've dealt with there (whose job seems to necessitate them being both perpetually annoyed and suspicious), Mike is the friendliest person -- period -- that I've ever interacted with at AAA. It's fair to say that at times, his helpful demeanor alone is what's kept me coming back to AAA for multiple insurance needs year after year. The roadside service -- a nice perk. The travel services - eh, don't really need or use 'em. But insurance? Yep! Rental, auto, cycle, and now home-owners insurance -- AAA has us covered, and Mike is always happy to go over various options with us. You can always rely on a quick call back, a helpful voice at the other end, and what seems like genuine care from Mike Miller. He started out working with my parents, years and years ago, and as long as AAA does me right, I plan to stick with Mike for a good long while.

so I was referred to Chad, I went to his office a few times ( I am old school and like to meet and…read morespeak with people) I finally found him and explained what I wanted and that I wanted to sign paperwork in person. I signed up for homeowners insurance with him and he gave me a quote for auto insurance. I wasn't ready to finalize the auto insurance and asked him to call me in a few days. He Never got back with me-I called him Again- and again-he texted me a few days later with an excuse -his daughter had issues and he couldn't get back with me. Ok, I waited a few weeks, drove to his office twice ( not there) then Tried to contact him Again - no response. then after paying for homeowners insurance, in full for 6 months, I was charged $109 from my account. I Tried to contact Chad Again ‍- after several attempts I got a text from him saying he was dealing with his son's car trouble and would look into my issue And get back to me soon- He never did- I did and figured it out, after on hour on the phone with AAA. He had me sign a EFT - I should have read it and he should have told me. and since he Never did His job to contact me so I could sign up for auto insurance, I was charged an additional fee because I didn't Bundle! Totally Chads fault! Are you serious? I've raised 2 sons-( both Doctors) Never did I use them to tell someone that they are the reason why I didn't do my job! Then I went directly to AAA- I wanted to make sure Chad wasn't going to make any $ from me- Oh, he's an independent contractor and I can't switch to another AAA agent unless I cancel Worthless Chad and wait 6 months.
