They took the time to explain all my options and were very patient with me. They gave my a lot of different options that would work for me and my budget and never once did I feel pressured to buy insurance that I didn't need. Yesterday, 9/17, she called frantically after finally opening some mail from June, stating that she now owes $11,000 in damages, a subrogation claim. I looked at our insurance, the claim is still open. I emailed them for answers. I google the collector, they're legit. Does she seriously owe $11k?! State Farm is listed on this letter. I email Rick, our 5-star insurance agent, include snapshots of the letter and a time stamped copy of the open claim. He immediately gets on the phone with State Farm. He also calls the collection agency. He keeps me updated in real time, while I'm barely getting back to him (work, family, life, it never stops). Within 29 minutes, Rick has gotten this all figured out for us and we won't have to worry about anything! What a rockstar!

I'm in my mid-30's, I'm healthy, I eat right, I work out. Plus I have a policy through work that costs me close to nothing. Why on EARTH would I pay money for more??? Well... Robert didn't push me, he just informed me. In fact, it was months later that I actually came to HIM asking for a policy and here's just a few reasons I'm glad I did: 1) Your work policy is only as good as your employment status with the company.. leave, and you're out of luck- you're paying WAY more if the policy actually lets you carry it on your own 2) See that dark mole on your body? Get it checked and have it even potentially come back as cancerous... Now you're out of luck. You're not getting approved for life insurance from anyone - at least not at an even-close to reasonable price 3) Corona-what???? Who would have EVER thought a virus would ravage our world and be so unbiased toward its victims? I lost an aunt in her 40's to this monster. She left two VERY young children behind I'm so grateful that Robert provided me with the facts and resources I needed to make my own decision. He didn't push me or use any slimy sales approach, he simply gave me information. With facing a possible recession where jobs (and benefits) aren't promised and a virus where health isn't guaranteed - I'm so glad I made the right decision and put my trust in Robert and State Farm. Should anything happen to me, my baby girl (1 y/o) will financially be taken care of. Having all of your insurance needs in one place is certainly convenient (and cheaper!) but having them with Robert McDougall and team is a piece of mind.
